What is my set worth?

Hi all, I wanted to ask you something. My father is going to move in with his girlfriend and found an old lego set of mine when I was a child, presumably from late '90s. My father thinks it is worth something, but I honestly have no idea. I put it online for sale, but I have honestly no idea what it's worth.
