Jeff Mack
A little while back Brickset posted this inventory data for the EU. We weren't sure what would happen with it, so we wanted to wait a while before posting up any page that included this info. It's been a while and they are still posting it on their site, so we are going to make it available here as well. I am working on new a new price guide template and this information will be included there as well. I will be adding the charts to it soon as well. These pages allow you to easily see the themes as a group. You will also be able to see the number of sales for the prior day and the percentage of inventory sold. http://www.brickpicker.com/bpms/eu-inventory.cfm
mattyman
This will be excaptionally helpful. Can you add a sort by price option too? I love you can see multiple sets at a time. It's a big limitation on the brickset site
Jeff Mack
Can you add a sort by price option too?So you want to be able to filter by price range, regardless of theme? Or just sort the columns there by price per theme?
mattyman
The latter would be good. Both will be excellent.
tacsniper
Is there a way to see the # of sets sold over a specific period? This will help us indicate which sets are peaking/in demand
Jeff Mack
They don't give you historic data. I have just begun recording it for our own purposes. Also remember that this is not US or Canada data. It is EU/DEU data. There will be different demands for different things so trying to interpret the data may be tricky. Frank Brickowski
Jeff, is it possible to add an option to display ALL sets (not only by theme) sorted by inventory (high to low) as well as an option to sort by "units sold" (high to low) for ALL sets (or theme? Jeff Mack
sure, but then you are loading 650 sets/images, etc
Frank Brickowski
sure, but then you are loading 650 sets/images, etcand sorting by "units sold" for each theme alone?
wceagles
@Jeff Mack, can you please add the Scooby Doo theme to the report?
Jeff Mack
I see it's there now. It will populate on its own from the data that they have in the updates.
TigerG
Suprised that nobody has reported it in this thread so far: The EU stock tracker seems to have a problem. Currently all sets show as 0 in stock ...
Jeff Mack
Well maybe its a bug today for them and it will return. I will try again later, but yes, everything in that feed is blank.
dcdfan
It was like this yesterday. Someone mentioned it somewhere yesterday, I can't remember which thread...
Jeff Mack
Well maybe the ride is over for this bit of information. Amazon is also changing their stance and being more aggressive about thier historical information, you might see some key features missing on sites that you have gone to for information in the near future. Val-E
It was like this yesterday. Someone mentioned it somewhere yesterday, I can't remember which thread...It was me and yes it has gone from Bricklink too so I guess they have cut the info just on double points day (maybe that has something to do with it)
