  1. This set was $50 I think. Ant it came with a Sentinel...
  2. They ordered by mistake and are asking if they can return it, how is that scummy?
  3. https://www.walmart.com/ip/seort/2951551836?clickid=0B0SJSxF8xyPRPo39GxywyMsUkFRSFSrQXKtxw0&irgwc=1&sourceid=imp_0B0SJSxF8xyPRPo39GxywyMsUkFRSFSrQXKtxw0&veh=aff&wmlspartner=imp_2189989&affiliates_ad_id=612734&campaign_id=9383&sharedid=
  4. Walmart shang chi set 50% off now https://www.walmart.com/ip/LEGO-Marvel-Shang-Chi-Battle-at-the-Ancient-Village-76177-Collectible-Playset-400-Pieces/713775318
  5. Does Costco have a method to their madness as far as what sets they stock? I rarely go to costco, and went today but they only had 2 or three sets (neither of the above). Maybe there's another section I missed?
  6. ugly set, but 45% off... https://www.bestbuy.com/site/lego-hidden-side-j-b-s-ghost-lab-70418/6351874.p?skuId=6351874
  7. Code worked, but it sold out as I was checking out
  8. Great! I miss the use of road plates in the city sets!
  9. Best offers annoy me a little because you can't require them to pay when you accept their offer. However, I believe when you counteroffer, they have to pay immediately if they accept, so I always counteroffer slightly above their offer.
  10. Definitely just cancel the orders. Otherwise, it will be more of a headache when one of them tries to do a return. I don't like auctions anyway, and I'd bet that if you list both items as buy it now, you'll get a higher sale price then you got for the auctions
  11. Sorry this isn't lego related, so I'll try to be brief, but I'm not sure where else to turn for advice. My friend's dad just passed away and my friend inherited 30+ containers full of unopened model trains, tracks and accessories. I'm guessing over $10,000 retail worth of train stuff. But trains aren't as popular as lego, so does anybody have any advice how we could unload this huge lot, other than parting it out and selling it on ebay and craigslist? I already looked on facebook and couldn't find any train groups here in houston, and there's only one local train collector hobby shop.... thanks in advance guys!
  12. I'm not a big fan of auctions. I bet if you relist the item as buy it now, you could sell it for more than what the highest bidder offered. Plus, you can set it where they have to pay immediately.
  13. I saw a listing for an item that said, "only 1 left." next to it, it said, "1 sold." Below that, it says, "More than 49% sold" really? They couldn't just say 50%?
  14. So is the roller coaster, 10261, dead?
