Ok here is a new one. Watch out for buyer coffeecoffee101! Ordered 3 $20 sets I had listed. Boxes were in good condition when I sent order. They asked for a refund because they said boxes were damaged. In the pictures of the return the boxes were damaged but the shipping box I sent in was in the background and in good condition. Whatever it’s $60 so I agreed and paid for return label. Noticed it was returned yesterday and then delivered today 😳. Knew something wasn’t right so went to check mail and there was a note from Usps saying I owed $45.30 to get the package!?!?! What the!?!?! Looks like they overnighted the package and I either pay the $45 or I’m sure it will be sent back to them. Any suggestions or anything similar happen to anybody else? Sorry for the long read

Ok so I was on the other end of not receiving my package from an eBay purchase. A item says it was delivered yesterday but not to me. It was a small item that says was left in my box. I did not even bother reaching out to the seller because I know how that goes if it says it’s delivered it’s not on them. has anybody had an issue and able to find a package after it says it was delivered but it was not. I’m sure it was delivered to someone else but I don’t see how even the postman would know who he gave it to by accident. Just seeing if anyone has had success finding their package and how you did it. Thank you

Is anybody else having a problem adding shipping service to their items? I just cancel an item and try to relist it and it says no shipping services available for the dimensions I entered. But it won’t let me enter any dimensions that make it work. Thank you

The address the customer provided is the same address he verified in message. I’m not sure where eBay got Alabama. Because it shows actually on the label page Oregon but then when I click the fix problem they have Alabama listed and won’t allow me to purchase postage. I’ve never seen anything like it, but no it is not a post office address it’s a street address so fed ex will ship their. Thank you

Even though he verified the address and it matches what he has on there only eBay? Not sure why ebay has it different in somewhere you can’t see? If I just shipped going to the Postal Service or FedEx everything would be normal and I’d know no difference. I’ve shipped of these type addresses before and everything’s been fine so I think I’m just going to either use PayPal or take it to the FedEx office. And PayPal has it correct just eBay does not

I did try PayPal and cannot use FedEx only UPS or Usps. Of course it’s $14 more to use priority over Fed ex Ground but I guess better off doing that then doing it at the FedEx store. Thank you

He did verify that the Oregon address is correct but eBay will not let me use FedEx shipping there. Smh

Looking for a little help 😬. Sold a $380 set to an Oregon address. When I go to print shipping In red eBay say “failed to obtain service from Usps. Ship to province is invalid or unsupported” & “there is a problem with the ship to address. Please amend here”. So the address is correct on the left little window but then when you click on the problem address it says instead of Oregon it has Alabama and allows me to change it but then once I do it says seller protection might not be available if I shipped a different address. I will be shipping to the correct address on the label and the one customer provided. I’m not sure where the Alabama came from. Any suggestions. Of course I can’t put a call into eBay and online not available. thank you

I just contacted eBay and they also see that it was not best offer the price was just 149. I told him there’s no way I would’ve listed that and it would not have stayed as long as it stayed at that price. They said to change my password and contact the customer and let them know I was canceling it and if they did leave me negative feedback eBay could appeal it and take it off. Is that the option you guys would take? I’m still nervous about the negative feedback but no way I wanna take over $100 loss
