I don't have alot of inventory at Amazon right now but out of the 6 asins for lego I have, they have all been blocked for approval yet only 2 of the 6 are stranded and the other 4 are still active and selling (even with it saying I need approval when I check the exact same asins). I lowered the price by a few bucks just to clear them out the day of the email but are still selling as of today.

I haven't had issues selling damaged boxes as collectible (either good or acceptable) and putting the extent of the damage in the description both by FBA and FBM. I have had one that completely removed the ability to list as collectible after I listed it and was flagged for it. I only FBA the ones that have some minimal wear, nothing too significant but I know will bother some buyers. I could very well be playing with fire so do so at your own risk I guess.

No, invoices still need to be within the last 6 months. I haven't ordered anything wholesale since pre-covid. Eventually I will go that route to get ungated again, but it's not a priority for me right now.

Not Lego related, but I recently had a bunch of items stranded that suddenly became gated. Turns out they gated "Avengers" items even though I have been selling and was ungated years ago for "Marvel". And even though I won't have a problem getting ungated, it has to be one of the dumbest gated categories ever especially when I was already selling dozens of different products over 4th qtr that then became stranded. Annoying for sure. And nobody I talked to can even explain to me why Marvel and Avengers are now different categories. One of the items that became gated was one of the items from my invoice 4 years ago or so that got me ungated in Marvel to begin with.

This reply might be a little late but I was having the same problem with in app approvals. I had to go through my selling applications on the website and resubmit for the approval to reflect on my account. I was then able to list after a couple minutes.

I don't know if all Lego stores receive shipments at the same time, but the guy at my local store told me they were getting in more Razor Crests tomorrow.
