I thought torso "A" which has "LUIZ" was from Galaxy Patrol but could not find this particular decoration? I am still scratching my head trying to ID torso "B" with arrowheads. I thought torso "C" with a gold lapel on the collar was part of a City minifigure but could not ID it either....

I think it belongs to Exo-force but can't tell. Any ideas? BTW, the image is reversed
