I still can't log into my account at Lego Shop at Home. Anyone else still having issues?

She mentioned a Lego intranet site where the get status information about their products. I also mentioned that is states sold out online. She replied yes she is aware of that but that is not correct to her knowledge. Several people already asked for availability and that is why she informed herself about the status of the set. I am not making this up.

I just called my local Lego store. The lady on the phone said that the set is not going to be retired yet and they are going to get more in. She said it is only temporarily out of stock. This was communicated to her.
