Used GG's are going for ~$450 on eBay, and I figure I could sell the rest of the lot for $100-$150, so maybe $550 total. I needed the GG to complete my modular collection (I had previously bricklink'ed a sand blue grocer), and was excited to pick one up cheap!

Sold a NISB Super Heroes GOTG complete theme lot (Milano, Knowhere Escape, Starblaster Showdown & Rocket Raccoon polybag) on eBay for $190 shipped, buy in was $61 total.

Curious if anyone else has stopped getting surprise points offers for toys ($7 on $25, $9 on $30, $4 on $11, etc....) recently. I would get new surprise points every week and typically used them on a purchase, but have not received any new offers on toys in the last two weeks. I still get other surprise points for shoes or clothes or lawn/garden, but nothing for toys...

Ah well, a bunch of toys but no Lego to be found. I last visited this store a few weeks ago and they didn't have much, so not much of a surprise...

I have never gotten the monthly $3 with my (going on 2 years) SYW MAX trial... Thanks for the 50% store closing tip, I may pay my store a visit later today...

Are you expecting some points to post to your account soon? I've had similar issues in the past where I think points are missing and when I looked back at my points history I would see where the balance was negative at times (which never happens for me), then it all gets cleared up once points are posted to my account. Just a thought, but I wouldn't hesitate contacting their support folks to resolve the issue if it persists...

Enjoyed the Christmas holiday with family and built this oldie/goodie over the past couple days. I bricklink'ed this set after pulling about half of it from my bulk collection. Enjoyable build and happy to add it to the modular street.

Just a friendly reminder to be sure to check your Kmart packages soon after receiving them.... I ordered a 75135 Obi-Wan Jedi Interceptor last week and received the item shown below today.... Needless to say I have requested a refund and shipped what I received back. In addition to this occurance, a few weeks back I was surprised to find a 60055 Monster Truck available for in-store pickup at a Kmart near my office. I ordered it, got the email that it was ready for pickup, and after checking the bag they handed me at the store (glad I did) I found they had substituted another small city set for the 60055. I ended up returning that one on the spot as well... Who said buying was easy?!

Looks like the cafe corner made a special guest appearance in tonight's Lego Frozen Northern Lights episode on the Disney channel...

I believe @minicoopers11 was explaining a potential way to consolidate your stack of gift cards to a more manageable card or two to avoid the aforementioned in-store dirty looks...

Assuming you meant 'prizes', how do you do that?

A quick follow up to my issue... I had made a $60-ish purchase earning ~$50 in points back and about $12 of those points back were earned using the 20% back in points special Kmart.com had running this past weekend. When I posted my question here, the 'My Points' page on SYW.com showed I was awarded all points from that purchase (including the $12 from the 20% back deal). However, those points were not to become active until today, so there was some sort of invisible deduction of those points in my account until this morning. Long story short, the system worked and gave me all the points I was quoted during the checkout process. However, I continue to be baffled by the points accounting system!

Does anyone else's SYW point totals look a little low today? Difficult to tell from the "My Points" page, but it looks like I might have finally gotten docked for some surprise points that applied to a previous order when they shouldn't have (because I used a coupon on the order). Anyone else notice something similar? I may call the friendly folks at SYW to see if I can get those points reinstated...

Hoping someone can help me with sharing their recent experience with these extra points deals showing up at Kmart/Sears/SYW... Right now, if I add any combination of items totaling over $50, it says I will get $29.xx in points back. I have a spend $60, earn $25 in points coupon loaded in my account. When I add the coupon (with at least $60 in my cart), it says I will get $54.xx in points back. For those of you who have tried this, did you actually get all of those points? You may have used a different $-in points back coupon, but did you get the points from the coupon plus the bonus points? Thank you in advance!
