I have a buyer asking for eBay references and logo removed from postage label. Also removal of packing slip from item box. They've purchased and paid, then requested upgrade to shipping too. To me it appears to be a drop shipper. What would you do in this position? Would you do as requested? Am I still covered?

I had already stopped buying stock a year or two before the pandemic. I changed jobs and no longer have the same time to focus on reselling, so had just been selling during my shore leave. I still have a lot of the inventory and, although it may not be as large as most here, it's data that still relevant to myself

Easier said than done when buy in figures were stored here. I know what sets I have, a rough sale value but bugger all from purchasing.

One battery, no plaster 🤣 but there is a 21103 One of the harry potter night buses is in there. Minifigures are mixed in through the lot. Looks like a collection from a couple of kids, not just one. Sets from late 90s to mid teens

Yeah, I seen the train. Base plate and some tracks are present too along with rubber bands. I guess I need to wait to confirm the battery and plaster 🤣 Also an unprinted jar jar there

Not too helpful, but there are usually guest accounts this time of year that are set up that day to buy Christmas gifts. I had many sales like that in the past and never had an issue. I checked already, it's not a guest account but it was still set up today. I've sold to guest accounts and zero feedback accounts in the past but not for high value items. I'm selling my inventory off and no longer investing, money needed for other things. I'd rather not take a hit this late in the game. Have you any advice re contacting the buyer?

Ebay have stepped back from PayPal and are now processing payments themselves. Payment was received through Ebay and not PayPal so there is nothing else to reference. As for the buyer, I agree with you fully but just wanting confirmation from another seller.

Can't cross reference since Ebay are doing their own payments now
