  1. This isn't true is it? I've seen it all now if it is.
  2. My Argos is out of stock which was great because Sainsbury's are £15 each!!
  3. I managed to pick up an Indominus Rex for £69.99 @ Argos without going too far from home. Also in Sainsburys, General Grievous marked for clearance @ 19.99 but scanned through @ £15.00. I should of gone back for more but budget is super tight now.
  4. They really needed to do this. The online stock checker was so often wrong it was ridiculous.
  5. Still no signs of a restock from LEGO Shop at Home I've been picking up these at discounts from Asda, Sainsburys and Argos over the last week or so. I'm thinking that for some reason Lego aren't changing their status to Sold Out until they have run out of Obi-Wan and Luke to retire the whole series. It seems strange though that they would put 3 of the Series 1 figures in the latest catalogue if they were done but they seem to be using the Limited Quantity tag to let collectors know that they need to buy them soon. There are offers out there on these which is a big sign that they will disappear soon.
  6. Can I ask where from?
  7. I was in Tonbridge TRU today and there wasn't a great deal of Lego there. They had Ecto1's but I passed on them for X-Men vs the Sentinel for £35 with my voucher. I'm hoping this one might pick up a bit when the new film is released. I have used all my TRU gift cards now buying Cantina's & AT-DPs. Don't rely on the TRU online stock checkers as they are very rarely correct. I'm always finding sets that show up as out of stock when I visit the store and the items that are "in stock" are not. Check out Sainburys if you are nearby as they have a few good deals on. A few had been snapped up but General Grievous for £22.49 (25% off) and Ezra's Speeder for £13.33 (33% off) are respectable buy-ins that I couldn't say no to.
  8. Is this and the other Series 1 figures done? I can't really find anywhere that has them in stock. LEGO Shop at Home had them down as "available in January" last month but that seems to have changed along with the other figures. I'm expecting a restock but if that doesn't happen these could be good as the run was quite short.
  9. Try £50 @ Asda :-)
  10. For the same reason you can't be bothered to type the set name I can't be bothered to google it. :-)
  11. What is 76039? PS = Pet Shop? 21108 PPR?
  12. That's what I would of guessed too.
  13. 76011 Man Bat Attack: http://shop.lego.com/en-GB/Batman-Man-Bat-Attack-76011 Seems like this is officially retired now. I know it's a small set that nobody cares about but I reckon sets like this that go under the radar can be underestimated. It has some unique minifigures and I'm glad I have these in my inventory.
  14. I picked up a few at the last 342 at Argos. I've managed to flip 2 which is really weird because Asda have them for £22 and is their only figure not sold out and TRU & Smyths have them for £24. I still think this and DV are the ones to be with long term. I'm very quickly learning that you want to be with everything series 1 from Lego.
  15. I get mine from Lego store. I know the sets fit perfectly and they are free as it saves the employees sorting them out. :-)
  16. My bad, was looking at the wrong Raptor set. This would suggest that this is the only set from the range retiring so far. Maybe this one has outsold the others by far.
  17. Not for quite some time. Smyths Toys reckon they are getting another delivery around the 20th November to distribute to stores but I was sceptical of this even before today's news.
  18. Will be interesting to see if the other sets go retired once the current stock levels go at LEGO Shop at Home I'm really hoping they do.
  19. red = sold out not coming back orange = temporarily sold out Pretty obvious really. :-)
  20. My point is someone posted on the thread last week that it started on Friday 6th. Don't have a pop at me because the forum is so chaotic.
  21. I think this has been discussed in the other thread. :-/
  22. Some of my best deals have come from Argos and not just when they are 3for2. And when you buy minifigures on clearance you know you are not just left with the dregs that nobody else wants.
  23. LEGO Shop at Home having Technical issues. Raptor Escape and Mystery Machine showing up as in stock.
  24. I can't comment on the Irish site but I have never ever seen Argos price up lego sets higher than the RRP. I've only ever seen Toys R Us do this.
