  1. so far from what we are going through this is coming directly due to initiative from TLG. and/or someone who is literally trying to make it difficult for us. i had to remove the email and contact. apparently brick picker thinks its an URL ======================================================================== Hello, Thank you for your concern, but we cannot accept your appeal because it does not address the claim we received. 2. there are too many ASINs to list. i got about 40 separate emails LOL also these: ========================================================================================= Dear seller, Please read this email carefully. Effective on 2018-11-17, you will not be able to list the affected products, and your listings for these products will be removed. Why am I receiving this message? Currently, you cannot list this ASIN. We appreciate your cooperation in this important matter, and thank you for selling on Amazon.
  3. watch out for brand infringement from LEGO groups for sets and everything now. ================================================================ Hello, We received a report from a rights owner that claims the items at the end of this email infringe their trademark. -- Trademark number: 2060284 We removed the content listed at the end of this email. ASIN: Infringement type: Trademark (Product Packaging, Product Display Page, Word Mark, Logo & Design) Trademark number: 2060284
  4. while these may be valid questions but for frequent amazon shippers none of these are concerns 1. rarely any of the shipment stayed unchecked for over week in/at amazon docks. [ if this happens then i am sure we have gone through loss claims et. al ] 2. i personally have never had any shipments being held that long. this is namely to prevent all the loopholes exploited by smart business people to time market.
  5. Imho, return is the least of the problem at this moment. They will come after you with this listing first and if you don’t appeal and win they will come after your entire account. somewhere here in this site BA @Bold-Arrowhas listed how to appeal and everything.
  6. already been doing it for 4 so its just 16 more
  7. what is the condition of item received that's the main question here. i have received opened set with bunch of hero-factory content. basically person is making $$ of off your inventory exactly same play has happened multiple times from buyer in Kentucky
  8. Sure. They will eventually make it 80% ? I seriously doubt that. Every one looks at amazon What it means is amazon has realized that the mode of expansion is done I.e. they have already penetrated most and ecommerce in us has matured. Now they Are on optimization phase. As long as one is not using Amazon as warehouse I.e.store your entire inventory then those individuals will be fine. If you closely read financial statement that amazon’s online sales increase was roughly 11% (10bln)on 90bln of 2016 While they made 33bln [increase of 11bln from 22bln of 2016] from 3rd party sellers. so to play smokes and screen they need to. Grow revenue without investment. For them 3rd party sellers account for much larger portion of profit. So they are trying to maximize that. these are purely my thought and sentiments and suppose to be taken with grain of salt or spice of your choice. Should not be taken as absolutes
  9. All you need is 351 and higher on scale of 1000. Common that’s not even passing grade in us 35% at least make that 65% or 70% and make it free storage and everything. I guess it matters to people who were using FC as their warehouse but for others it’s no different
  10. i wish they do that to the stupid MA, RI and other states as well. that way its not a headache with other stuffs.
  11. really !!! did you even bother to check the feedback?
  12. did i miss it or its actually : $129.95 + $14.26 shipping
  13. Even if you refund full there are so-called buyers who can leave 1-Star feedback and screw up your ratings. With the type of buyer described there is no hope to make them happy at any cost. It’s not materially different. If you received a tin can or blindes or pots or pans in place of set sent then it would be materially different. If you sent set number 1234 and received 1234 back but in squashed condition it’s not materially different. Charging 50% would open up yourself to more problem than it’s worth. lastly, it depends on a. Item price.. b. Your tolerance if you can afford a-z and bad review then go for 50% restocking fee. otherwise 20% restocking fee Should be in line with amazon policy. if want to stick to policy it’s flat 20% no return label fee on top.
  14. enroll in auto-return that way before they change the return reason return label is issued. while selling in amazon change perspective and be ready to accept return for everything.
  15. Whoever sold during the holiday period now BRAce yourself for return.
