I was going to comment about 100th Villains hanging around... only to keep scrolling and see they still have Wish sets that are trying their best to make Galidor look successful. Update - Wish looks to be OOS for shipping. Maybe that's a sign it will go away.

Too bad they don't have the new castle 43222 at disneystore. (For me, not investment). Still great to get 25% off some of those huge sets.

$34.79 for 43224 King Magnifico's Castle. Color pallete (tan, dark nougat, dark tan, white) is pretty solid. Good enough for personal MOC. Probably need 80% off to turn a profit on this flop.

Whenever I get confused about strategy, I look to LR and am re-assured I know nothing. Considering how cheap they could be had originally (RIP, TRU), the train and stagecoach both have amazing current prices.

I'm seeing 20%, 50%, and 70% off at Kroger. Bunch of regular sets 20%. A few regular sets (some Speed Champions, pastel classic bricks) at 50% at one store. Holiday endcap sets (Dobby, Dreamzzz zomething, Minecraft blocky something set #274, creator monkeys, maybe an overpriced Star Wars mech) were 50% at one store and 70% at another. Both I saw were Marketplaces, but I wpuld assume seasonal endcap sets would be across the board.

On the Kroger/Fred Meyer sale... Pic of QR code attached. It just takes me to the same coupon I can find on the Kroger App. I don't know if it was this store or a system error, but I was getting a flat 40% off before the extra coupon.

It's not a toy catalog at my Marketplace Kroger. It's the Marketplace Ad. Printed on newsprint, available at the stand by the entrance where you find the weekly grocery ad. My store didn't have anything big either. They stopped carrying almost all LEGO, I think because they only sold meaningful numbers to a couple people and only when it was 50% off.

30390 at Kroger Marketplace. They had a standalone cardboard tower for JW sets, with these on top.

43184 (Raya and the Sisu Dragon) on sale for $21 to stack with that deal. Some Baseplates are below MSRP, but I can't say I watch close enough to differentiate perma-sale pricing.
