  1. I guess because of covid there aren't any local buyers in my area for LEGO this year. I let both of mine go for $380 each and they were still up on Offerup/CL/Facebook for a month before selling. Having similar issues with Disney Castles. I picked up 6 of them for $240 each and I cant even get $300 for them this year. For comparison the past thee years in a row I've sold 5-6 every November for $450+ so I'm not sure what is going on with my area. Doesn't feel like people are buying the large sets right now. All of my cheaper ones are flying off the shelves, though. Only took me a week to unload the 20 Hagrids I had for $50 each locally. Diagon Alley was a letdown for me, though, and the only saving grace was that the GWP + points brought my cost down nearly $100 on each.

  3. Yeah. I first noticed this about three days ago. Priority Mail delivery estimate from coast to coast is sitting around 4-9 days for me. FedEx 2-day (which isn't actually guaranteed two-day delivery) is coming in at 2-5 days for the same trip, and usually 10-20% cheaper as well. I personally dislike FedEx but if they can get my packages to the customer for cheaper and on time without me having to worry about everything going on with USPS right now... I guess it's worth using for the time being.

Also something to look at with shipping; not sure if this is something targeted to my account, or some kind of deal eBay has made with FedEx in general... but lately I'm getting about a 90% discount on 2-day FedEx shipping, which ends up costing me much less than basic Priority Mail and often gets delivered two or three times as fast.
  5. Honestly just keep opening cases about it (call them or just pick a generic case option) and good luck. Something is going on lately with their inventory support. Im still waiting on reimbursements that were initiated weeks ago. Reps confirm the reimbursements are "in progress" but for whatever reason arent actually going through. I also have a couple returns that I put in removal orders for 2-3 months ago and im still waiting for those, as well. Lastly I have about a dozen items that have just disappeared entirely with the last known inventory adjustment on them being an FC transfer almost a month ago. Of course seller support is no help in finding them and just keeps telling me to be patient (because having thousands of dollars just vanish with no accountability is a normal thing I guess). My guess is that their entire fulfillment network is broken at the moment due to covid but instead of admitting that they are just trying to deflect whenever possible and deal with all these problems early next year (or never, if sellers just give up or forget).

  7. That sticker means the item was returned. Doesn't necessarily mean anything's wrong with it; just that it went through Target's return center at some point. Should be able to remove it pretty easily with some heat and a scotty peeler.
  8. In more positive news, all of my Bespins have arrived and are in great condition. Also had a bunch of other random sets delivered this week; Tree Houses, Barracuda Bays, 501sts, Razor Crests, and Diners. Supposedly all of my Hagrids will be delivered tomorrow along with all of the non-backordered sets. Now I just need to find space to put everything, which is becoming a problem.
  9. Guess I'll wait a few more days. Zavvi told me 2-3 business days, which should have been either Monday or Tuesday. So far my bank doesn't see any incoming transactions and I was getting worried because they still haven't shipped out half of an order I placed over a month ago (but charged me for immediately, of course). Sometimes it's hard making decisions; I'm 90% sure I'm going to get screwed here somehow due to poor service... BUT $90 LAMBO! Had to try.
  10. Has anyone else gotten a refund yet from their cancelled Zavvi Lambos? It's been a bit over a week and I'm just trying to figure out if anyone else has gotten their money back yet before I file a chargeback.
  11. Just got a dozen emails from LEGO saying "We know you’re waiting for it to arrive on your doorstep and the good news is it’s now reached our warehouse team. We wanted to let you know that our warehouse teams are following additional safety guidelines and we’re receiving a high volume of orders. We’re working hard to get your delivery to you as quickly as possible and you’ll receive another email once your order’s left our warehouse." I've never seen these emails before but all of my orders show In Warehouse so I guess there's just going to be a delay in receiving them this time around.

  13. I ordered all three in one order from SAH but only one shipped and two are listed as backordered.
  14. Might be late now, but if the complete order button doesn't work just wwitch the payment to card and then back to PayPal again. That fixed it for me.
  15. My FedEx guy does this when it's raining or when he has a lot of deliveries. Definitely give it until the end of the day before calling and stuff.
