Same here - 7 years and the gate is still down on those sets bought a long time ago.

I did almost a dozen orders and all of them were failures. I no longer order for shipping as I ended up having to return everything ordered.

This is the template response that I have been getting....As long as the set matches the photos from the detail pages, regardless that they are replacing the contents. Its being determined as "customer damaged". So a customer buys a sealed 10221 and sends me back the box filled with duplo. Because the box received matches the details pages, they are saying that I got the product back. The set being replaced by Duplo is determined customer damaged.

The Wife prohibited me from buying from them because it took almost three months to get a refund for the damaged (wet boxes) set. Hope it your case gets resolved quicker.

It hurts when the scammers get away hitting you with those big expensive sets. I have five cases in one week in Amazon, ranging from $670 to $2500 each. I do FBA on Amazon, they classified each of them as customer damaged return, sticking me with the loss. Some of them were even stickered with "slibuy's stickers, not to mention the one that had a goodwill label on it.

Lego is now limiting the Vintage Car. It no longer shows available for me, but if the Wife uses her VIP its available to her since she hasn't gotten one.

My staff made a mistake of using these to send our Christmas supplies to Amazon FBA, 73 boxes and i have been getting hit with $25 oversize penalties all week long.

This is a roll of the dice that's not worth for me. Currently have about $4k in limbo due to damaged sets. Have been going back a forth as their return process is tedious.
