Finally submitted my photos I've had ready for a month!

Thank you so much for replying to me. I do have one more question though. Is it okay if I put my signature on my submitted photos like Samsofy did on the photos of his you showed? Also, how long after we submit our pictures do we have to wait till we can post them on our various sites like Flickr?

I have a few questions regarding this contest and would appreciate it greatly if one of you could reply. First off: Can I submit a picture that I have already uploaded to another site like Flickr? And second: Can I add visual enhancements and effects (eg. glowing eyes, si-fi lasers etc...) to my photo? Or does it all have to be in-camera?
