  1. Great set. I can't wait to see more revised LOTR sets.
  2. Hello, I just reached out to Evans and he stated to me that he would respond shortly on this thread and will ask you to personally contact him. Being a business owner for years, I know the best way to deal with this is to respond and explain your point of view. Let's keep it civil. Thanks. Ed
  3. I can vouch for West End Toys and Evans. They sold and shipped thousands of sets for me and enabled me to clean out my house and storage unit in less than a year. Was it always a perfect experience? No, but I was one of the early consignment customers and they have improved greatly since then. Evans has also always been generous when it came to the Brickpicker LEGO raffle/sweepstakes for my son's school. If you have any questions, please feel free to PM me.
  4. This. They charge it because they know they can.
  5. If everyone followed Dalton's advice, the world would be a better place. 😃
  6. LEGO has done an excellent job of marketing and producing quality sets over the past 2-3 years, better than I ever would have though 10 years ago. I truly believe (and know) some LEGO reps used to read our forums and took a lot of our feedback to heart and really started developing sets for adults and did a great job. There are just too many great choices right now it's hard to buy them all. Price increase or not, these current LEGO sets are must haves and people are going to buy them now and on the secondary market for years to come. It's still a great investment.
  7. Nice Father's Day gift!
  8. Winning ticket #s were posted above. You received your ticket numbers when you donated.
  9. Sorry for the banged up Ferris Wheel box. It was the last one I had. Everything has been sent out to all of the winners. Thanks again.
  10. Pretty awesome little set.
  11. One of our winners is from St. Paul School. What's cool is that they donated some of the sets that they won!
  12. Once again, Evans Richards from West End Toys has decided to donate his winning sets back to another sweepstakes. We were discussing maybe doing a mini, one prize sweepstakes for St. Paul and offer it to all the people who donated in this years sweepstakes. I will chip in some sets and if anyone else would like to donate some sets, we can add to the pot and run it in a few weeks once I get all the current winner's sets shipped. Let me know what everyone thinks....Thanks again Evans and everyone who donated to a great cause this year...
  13. Hi. Thanks. PM on this site and we will figure out what kind of gift card that you want. Thanks...Ed
  14. Well, there they are! The winning ticket numbers and prize lots. They are all from the United States this year and multiple from NY, PA and NJ. There are also multiple repeat winners. Starting tomorrow, will the winners please start contacting me with their confirmed mailing addresses and let me know if the prizes work for you. Maybe somebody else wants to swap out their prizes or I can replace with another set(s). It's been another great year and people generous once again. The St.Paul community wants to thank you all. Can the winners please post pictures of their sets on this thread once you receive them. Thanks again...Ed Mack.
  15. Winners will be announced shortly after 9PM Eastern time.
  16. Thank you everyone for your generosity once again. Remember, due to New Jersey sweepstakes regulations that are now being enforced, the sweepstakes drawing must be 3 days after final tickets are sold. Rally Up will draw winning tickets on Thursday May 5, 2022 at 9:00 PM Eastern time. See you then! Ed Mack
  17. Who is going to put us over $28,000.00?
  18. That's beyond my control, but the St. Paul community thanks you.
