  1. The only Targets I know of that's open in the GVRD are in Surrey and Langley. Nothing in the core of Vancouver yet. The Walmarts in the area are sorely lacking in stock of LOTR. I'm not sure if they've already cleared out LOTR or have packed them away to make room for new stock.

I'm not sure if this is really the right place, but I'm hoping for the best for the folks in Lac-Megantic, Que. Terrible tragedy.

You're right. This has been a strange summer. I have family in TO. I hope everyone stays safe and dry.
  4. Same price at my local Walmart in New Westminster, BC. I picked up one last week. There were two left.
  5. Canadian prices aren't pretty for this set. Lego LEGO Shop at Home $49.99 CAD TRU Canada $54.99 CAD
  6. So I was wrong. Its still there. It just didn't show up in my search. My bad.
  7. Just a little something I noticed on eBay. Toys R Us Canada no longer has a presence there. It wasn't that it had any great savings, however, it did offer free shipping even on a single item, unlike toyrsus.ca.
  8. Still brutal pricing for us north of the 49th.
  9. I just started collecting/investing in UCS. I've always considered the B-Wing to be one of the more unusual designs in the SW universe. Now it will be harder to find it at a reasonable price. I hope LEGO Shop at Home is just short a bit and more stock will return.
  10. Yeah. Saw that after I posted. Lol.
  11. B-Wing is no longer available to add to your cart at LEGO Shop at Home. Is this a sign?
  12. I've always enjoyed Lego, and I have some great memories playing with them as a kid. However, as so many others have said, you grow out of them... at least for a while. I have a daughter now, and she really loves Lego Friends. On a recent trip, I thought it'd be fun to pick up one of the Star Wars kits. Well, to make a long story short, that was the start of the slippery slope. I've now built up a collection of 19 Star Wars sets, both to collect and as investments. I've involved my wife as well. She loves Minifigs, and has already complete sets of two series. This has become a family hobby; and isn't that the best way to go about this? As investments go, I'm very new to the Lego world. I had no idea that there was a market. With the BrickFolio and all of the tools to track prices, this site is an absolute must for investors. I also hope to learn from the community at large. Cheers
