you know sometimes ups smashes boxes. They put really heavy boxes on your item or something else. They dont take good care of your boxes. I had a return for a hole in the set I was sure the customer was lying because the said the outer box wasn't damaged and when i received the return (in the same outer box i sent it ) i was able to clearly see how ups caused the hole in the set.Unless its really a expensive set it is a bit extreme to swap sets to get a better condition box.

i just had 1 recently and this is amazons comment The customer claimed an issue with delivery. Amazon's A-to-z Guarantee covered the cost of this claim on your behalf because you used Amazon's Buy Shipping and the customer issue was outside your control. it also says that there is no impact on my odr
-
if you used amazon buy shipping and had it scanned by the carrier within the promised handling time then amazon covers a-z claims .if you don't have a carrier scan within the right time frame you are out of luck
-
i know on a a-z claim if you refund then you automatically lost the claim. I don't know about chargebacks. For a-z claims you are not required to refund before the item gets back to you.(of course for under 100 dollar refunds amazon automatically refunds at first scan)I recently had a a-z claim that the buyer returned their item and filed a claim before it reached me .I won the claim because you are not required to refund before the item gets to you. They noted that after i receive the item back , if i don't refund the buyer has the right to reopen the claim and then i might lose. I don't know if chargebacks are the same or different

if there is cash back from rakuten ,do you need to click through rakuten for every order or once you click through rakuten once you can place multiple orders as long as you don't close the tab
-
one month when my rewards balance was quite high kohls stopped giving me my rewards and my balance just grows but they never actually issue a reward . Has this happened to anybody else ? (also a warning if you order too much at 22.5 percent and your balance becomes high you may not receive the money based on my experience)

no idea what you are referencing. The placement fees for each item are clearly spelled out and vary depending on the item but each item has it's placement fee and that doesn't change whether you are shipping it 1 sku or mixed sku's. (for those that don't know in manage your inventory all the way to the right of each fba item if you click on calculate revenue and scroll down it clearly spells out the placement fees for partial and no shipment splits and gives that for all three regions east west and central .

what is this 10 percent and 5 percent cashback -is this the amazon credit card?
-
true but this seems a prime candidate for amazon to have stock well into retirement
-
what is the limit for those with business accounts?
-
its only put on a sale .When you sell a item fba they then can hit you up with the fee,so if you never sell anything again no matter how big your catalog is you won't pay the fee
-
was this oversize items? To me it looks like oversize have higher placement fees
-
they are starting to charge 6.90 for every single pickup every single day
-
the pickup is marked completed on my dashboard even though in reality nobody came so it's a issue of the driver not doing what he said he did.I asked your question about gps tracking to their customer support and got nowhere. I tried to talk to the drivers but it's useless as they are a different one every day and the one you are speaking to is not the one who skipped you yesterday. 1 of them told me that amazon does this purposely that they don't want a driver to have his route. clearly pickups issues are a widespread problem for them as i got the emal i will paste below recently but in reality for all their words nothing has changed -you still cannot contact the transportation team directly On 10 Jan 2024, we introduced a faster pickup support experience for US Shippers. With this new experience, we will be able to connect your pickup queries directly to our transportation team, leading to faster resolution. To use this new experience, login to your shipper central account, navigate to the contact us page(from the hamburger menu), select pickup as the category of your query, and provide the necessary details in the form. The form will direct your query to the transportation team, who will be resolve it and provide the required support. We thank all our customers whose constructive feedback has led to this initiative. Best, Amazon Shipping

the amazon driver came before my ups pickup so if they skipped me that day i used to cancel my amazon labels and then print ups labels and ship it out via ups but again its a hassle and also for some reason in those cases they never updated the tracking for the customer so i got so many emails asking me where their package was and why it was never shipped-like i said its a huge hassle and thats why i rarely use them now

there is no place to drop it off. Amazon's drivers pick it up. Certain drivers do a split run delivering packages in the morning and picking up in the afternoon. It is not the same driver they rotate so there is no consistency and you cannot get to know the driver. If they skip you or miss the pickup there is no place to drop it off. Officially if they skip you you contact them and they will send a rescue truck but the reality is that it doesn't happen . The customer service is atrocious -think amazons customer service minus if you thought that was possible. The packages go through amazons network and are delivered through amazons drivers although some of them are dropped at the local post office for last mile delivery. I received a email a few days ago about how they are improving their customer support for pickup issues however the reality hasn't matched the talk. In general i avoid it completely unless there is significant savings per package and even then i dont know if the headache is worth the hassle. In addition they can put unexpected charges on your account that are more then double the original shipping costs and are almost impossible to remove. I think i finally figured out what triggers the charges but its just encapsulates their issues 1) terrible customer support that has no clue and mostly are the regular amazon agents that have no clue amazon does this and keep on insisting you should contact ups 2) hundreds of dollars of charges that they never informed you about and just take from your amazon account and none of the agents or supervisors has a clue what their for therefore they can't be removed -i escalated and got nowhere although as mentioned i think i figured out what triggers it an dhow to avoid it 3) consistent missed pickups

many people posted that they feel the low inventory fee will not be charged to them as long as they sell out within 180 days of making their initial listing. This is based on the following line in amazons announcement New-to-FBA parent products for the first 180 days after the first inventory-received date. they are interpreting this to mean that as long as the product is new to that particular seller the fee will not be charged for the first 180 days Amazon uses the same terminology in the amazon fba new selection program in reference to no storage fees for new fba products and there it refers to new to fba period, meaning if there is 1 seller already with this product at fba this reduction does not apply. I suspect that the same is true for the low inventory fee that the 180 day waiver is if it's new to fba and does not mean that it's new to fba for this seller, and i think that a careful reading of amazon's words should give you that same conclusion any further information people have would be greatly appreciated

there is a price match buttton next to the competitive price. Did you accidentally hit that button instead of the price match to the lowest price?
-
between the low inventory level fees and placement fees it looks like a 25 percent jump in costs
-
since nov 12th anything i sent in fba standard size has pretty much been parked and stopped moving and is not available for sell.Has that been other people's experience or is this just the 2 fulfillment centers in my area ?
-
do you have a business account? I have a regular account and i have a limit of 3 and the price is 37.49
-
what was the limit?
-
did anybody else get the option to sign up for amazon ground shipping. It seems cheaper then the existing options but a 6 dollar daily pick up fee seems high
-
Starting August 29, 2023, US FBA will introduce these lower FBA rates for all items priced below $10. The new rates make it simpler for every seller to take advantage of lower fees on their low-priced selection, while providing the same, fast FBA delivery speeds that customers love. Any eligible items will automatically receive the low-price rates and will not be subject to 2023 holiday peak fulfillment fees that will apply from October 15, 2023, through January 14, 2024. wow they are going to charge more for shipping items from oct to january or for 3 months

does anybody know how to send a direct message to one of the amazon employees that post on the forums. ( in one of the threads they offered to help anybody having a specific issue and said that anybody suffering from it should dm them but i can't figure out how to do it)
