  1. Probably, its price between 70 and 120 euro on Bricklink for the EU. I have it up for sale locally for 100 euro for ages now.
  2. I have these Creator sets and they are priced well below the Lego RRP, retired sets. Just can't get rid of them for a reasonable price. I always thought Ferris Wheels, Ships and Castle's were popular. 31119 Ferris Wheel 31120 Medieval Castle 31132 Viking Ship and the Midgard Serpent Any idea why these don't sell? Thanks
  3. This thing won't sell for even 100 euro under the Lego RRP. It is a retired set. People offering it new for 140 euro on BL. I have 3 of them, now priced at a loss for 195 euro. What is with this set that people don't want it?
  4. Is this a good investment? I cannot find it anywhere cheaper than original price 80 euro on Lego.com, but its retiring and I might pick up a few from Lego. Not sure if this will sell for mor than 80 euro in after market.
  5. Which ones do you think are good candidates for reselling? I think the top row will always do well? I probably want to get 1 of each and maybe the train shed and parisian two
  6. Arent they going to be reviewed and improved by Lego first before going to manufacturing?
  7. Yes, I am aware, but do you think its a good candidate for investment?
  8. Hello all, Is this set a good investment, I know its early days, but want to get the GWP Villain Icons 43227 | Disney™ | Buy online at the Official LEGO® Shop IE
  9. Billund, December 8, 2021: The LEGO Group today signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park Joint Venture Company Limited (VSIP) to build a new factory in Vietnam. The facility is planned to be the company’s first carbon neutral factory and will include investments in solar energy generation. The LEGO Group will invest more than US $1 billion in the 44-hectare site in the Binh Duong Province around 50km from Ho Chi Minh City and create up to 4,000 jobs over the next 15 years. Construction is set to begin in the second half of 2022 and production is due to start during 2024. 10. For the EU, VAT is charged over everything, so the item price and shipping. Duty charges as well, they are charged over the total cost of the item including price, and shipping. And then there is a fee to collect the VAT and Duty. So small cheap item becomes very expensive.
  11. Thanks guys, I've put it up for 125 euro, lets see how it goes. Not in a hurry.

    City 2022

Shoot, I have mainly the larger sets. Trains, ships, police-, fire station.
  14. I have this 5489 Ultimate LEGO Vehicle Building Set, NISB, it not for sale anywhere in Europe as far as I can see. No one on BL has a new one, only 5 used. It is not for sale on BO. I cannot find it on internet as new. Ebay only has used sets. So it seems I have this very rare NISB set, but cannot find the current market value for it. I guess it is what someone wants to pay for it. But how do I price this thing? Also, even if I have the only NISB in Europe, if there is no demand its worth zero. LOL. Thoughts?
  15. Seems the Lightsabre is listed in Europe for around 150 euro. I have one on sale for 130 euro, but no takers yet.
  16. Don't you have to return the lightsabre as well then?

    City 2022

Is it normal for Lego to retire sets, and before they even have retired, introduce a new set that is practically similar? Why not run the current set longer? City theme for 2022 is coming out with fire station and police stuff very similar to what they currently have for sale. Maybe I am missing something, but it probably won't help the value go up on the soon to be retired sets 😭
  18. Still readily available now in Europe, bit of a bummer, bought 2 hoping it would go TOOS, but no luck. So basically sitting on 1600 euro that I cant get back anytime soon. LOL.
  19. You're Smyths affiliate link comes up with an error "bad merchant"
  20. Still available in the Netherlands
  21. But if they see two of the same order, the order could still be cancelled. I ordered a second vintage camera, which was eventually removed from my order.
  22. Still available in Ireland.
  23. There is also an Argos in Ireland, but it would the same, only delivery to Ireland (ROI). Argos do have good deals but one caveat is that their RRP is 10 euro higher then LEGO, so if you get a 30 euro discount, its only 20 really. And most of their discounted sets are out of stock.
