OnTrac. 11.67lbs on label. Box and contents feel about 4-5lbs. Surprisingly these toothbrush cleaners have some weight to them. Working with Lego support now. While on hold I started researching OnTrac as I'm not familiar with them. Appears they were bought out by LaserShip not too long ago. I rarely had issues with LaserShip, but most of my orders come via UPS. Reviews on google and reddit for OnTrac are beyond terrible. Many stories of delivery issues and theft. Lego wanted more photos of the box which shed more light on the situation. The bottom of the box definitely has been re-taped. Not sure what happened during it's journey to me, but something seems really off.

Well this is definitely a first for me! My Orient Express Train set seems to have been replaced by 2 Sonic UV toothbrush sanitizers. Nothing seems suspicious about the box (doesn't appear opened/re-taped). I was home when delivered too. Somehow I still got the gwp ballerina. Pretty much how things have been going lately. Just sucks.
