Everything was labeled by us. We never use Amazon labeling services. I created a bunch of cases so we'll see what happens. I honestly can't believe at this point Amazon doesn't have automated pictures of the packages they receive so they can easily resolve these packaging issues. Part of me believes they don't do it as a way to shirk responsibility but it may be better than paying for seller service representatives.

No clue. Hadnt tried in about a year. Was same thing insta cancel every time. Tried again and shipped. Was from 2021 during the 25 off 100 toys. Was maxing out the 10 or so per day it would work then after about 2 weeks no more. Never been able to order again. Did open a new account with warehouse address few years ago and few orders went through before they banned that one. This was on my original.

I don't think it makes any difference. They will still send it in a box

I've submitted 10 claims this year and have been reimbursed for all. Assume you're sending invoices? In comments, I'll mention confirmed shipping box size & weight. I've also successfully disputed problems with shipment claims. I am not going to acknowledge these 'problems'. Your warehouse guy cannot scan or count.

Got my Lieberr from Kohl's delivered today. This set is an example of a set I didn't even know existed or even really cared about once i saw it... then seeing the post of the build here on BP ..then seeing the sale price at Kohls...then seeing the add-on w/ Kohl cash and Rakuten... dang. And I ended up using Kohls cash on the Batman Gotham set...something I would never have bought (kind like the shadowbox, I thought I would never buy). dang LEGO is a trip [oh 1 more thing...like if you think those cardboard corner protectors are quite possibly the best thing ever]

it is pretty bad, Finally got unbanned from target and tested an order of 8 sets. They sent me 3 so had to call and get refunded on first order back in 3 years. Walmart been over stuffing boxes and 2 busted, one was missing sets and the other had at least a quart of motor oil leaked down in the box. Probably not their fault other than shipping that many sets in a huge box with one piece of tape. Bright side free oil!
