I've gotten around that much offered; but really what's the harm in making a counter offer: I would say something in the line of: "This experience has taken up my time and has soured my relationship with the Lego brand which I was a big fan of before. Your offer of 5200 pts is OK but if you want me walking away from this call feeling positive about the Lego brand again, 10,000 points would would give me that"1 point

The only one more pissed off than you is that lone dad out there who has the weird kid that desperately wanted the Dreamzzz Castle for his birthday. This dad has long regretted his offspring but in this instance, he saw some hope -- he could at least squeeze a nostalgic GWP out of the birthday present for himself. Nope. That dream just got crushed.1 point

Folks, it’s a Technic set. Looks are secondary, it’s the mechanisms inside that make or break these sets, and we won’t know much about those from just a picture of (part of) the sets front box cover .....1 point
