I'm in the same boat and just called CS. According to them, they still have stock for the Mimic in the warehouse and according to the system my copy has been confirmed and set aside. For whatever reason, it just hasn't been updated in the system as added to the order yet, but they see no reason why it wouldn't be. Like you, I hope it's true or it's going back...

Placed my order at 0:02 EDT and my items are In Warehouse, except the Mimic Dice Box, which is still marked as "In Process". Chatted with CS about it and got this answer: Hopefully that is true, otherwise I will be returning the set ....

Final anniversary minifigure goes to R2-KT. I'd like to believe Lego will follow what every other manufacturer has done when creating this figure, and donate a portion to children's charities.

A colorful & vibrant build trying to offer a lot of play value on a somewhat small footprint. The beholder and owlbear look fantastic, the displacer beast is kind of cute in an eldritch cat abomination way, the dungeon jelly with remnants of the last adventure "floating" inside is a nice touch, and the mimics at the inn are simple but good. I just noticed the face on the large tree so there's a friendly treant. The cast of characters are nicely done with swappable heads to boot making them accessible to everyone. ....Now, where is Dungeon Master?
