  1. Scored the big Harry Potter Castle set on Facebook Marketplace the other day for $120! The girl also threw in an HP 76384 book set that's still sealed. I know the castle is missing two of the four exclusive minifigures and most likely half of the microfigures but I couldn't pass up the deal. Most of the castle pieces are there. Found the mini Hagrid's Hut and the Whomping Willow.

  2. Always accept the return graciously. You're going to have to take the item back no matter what, all giving the buyer trouble is going to do is raising your negative feedback risk. "I apologize, sometimes during production the machines Lego uses may add too many, or too few, of any given piece. I have accepted your return and will provide a refund once the item makes it back to me." Pass the blame to production and move on.

  5. Wow, suspending the guy who won Lego Masters. Something is fishy or Lego needs to rethink their PR strategy. No way Lego looks good after this.

  6. Thanks guys. No accessories were removed. I used my own photos of the box but, didn't show the contents. In hindsight, that was a mistake. If I do this again I'll photograph the contents and send a message before posting to make sure the customer is aware that the figures have been removed. I'll chalk this one up to experience and accept the request.

  7. How did they make a mistake? He was fully aware that the set was embargoed given that he blacked it out from most of the video...he just messed up and missed a few frames.

  8. I don’t understand the argument that since he has a family this shouldn’t happen to him. People get laid off, the job landscape changes, etc. and plenty of them have families too. There are no guarantees. Looking through his videos most reviews seem to have a similar number of views to his other videos, so I don’t see why the reviews are so important. If he brought something unique to the review space I’m sure people would still watch, but if he is just another fluffer then I guess it’s more important to be first.
