I saw something similar for another set, 70% off price online but unavailable for pickup. I went to the local store and saw two on the shelf (even though app said unavailable) at full price, showed them the sale price in the app, and they manually adjusted the price at checkout. Whether or not they were correct, the only concern seemed to be that the sale price was from Walmart and not a 3rd party seller.

I (along with many others) got banned 6 years ago and didn't get back in until they had their computer system revision two years later. Got a snarky letter from TLG lecturing me that LEGO was for children, not adult resellers. It even stated that I was banned from their stores. Of course, they couldn't enforce this in the US but I couldn't use a VIP card. As a matter of fact, I lost close to $300 in VIP points at the time. When I called the US CS to plead my case, they flat out told me that I was caught because I used the same email address at both Amazon (as a seller) and ebay. Of course, my next question was "How the hell do you know what email that I use at those sites?" They declined to answer. I think about that whole "LEGO is for children" crap every time that they release another 18+ or $500+ set.

I hereby certify a triumvirate of lost people. 😕
