this is not your first rodeo kohls sends unsellable product in plastic bags for 6 years now. this is always reported on bp. you were surprised you received unsellable product? don't buy from kohl's anymore. or best buy or fleet and farm. these retailers have been shipping items in plastic bag for many years now. they suck. this is nothing new. i don't care how good the price is, i would never order product from these retailers because i know i will end up wasting more time than i saved in money. i will never get that time back or be compensated adequately for it. maybe parter outers it is working for them to get great deals on smashed sets in mylar bags but for selling on amazon, no way. i would take all the product back to kohls and demand a full refund and never waste my time with them again.

I see prices changing slowly. I'm up to about 25 sets at 30% off. So the line was held, just not for long 😆 Update: Around 35 sets now. So prices are trickling still. Remember kids, Kohl's sends pancakes. So order syrup. And they also ship direct from store, so if you wait with stuff in your cart at your local store they may get shipped to someone else right under your nose.

Kohls has nearly 250 sets for sale. Of course the sale is 5%. They've pulled the 5% crap early November previous years, only to discount the same sets 20-30% off with the same 15/50 KC offer later in the month. Can't imagine they won't do the same with the economy squeezing everyone right now. Hold the line...

Saw a rumor on Reddit that BrickLink might have been hacked, and that store inventories got updated and then put under ransom. BL is currently down for unplanned maintenance, so there might be some truth to this:

I got the 3 that I ordered today. All three were shipped in one box. Two are in really good shape, maybe not mint, but very good. The third looks like someone kicked it around the yard for a while before putting it in the box to ship. I guess I’ll build that one. I figure I’ll make a little on the other two.
