  2. the only ones you have to respond on are the ones still in transit or that haven't shipped. If they are in transit just put the tracking in the response and say shipped to confirmed ebay address, once it is delivered it changes over to the you are protected and you get the message. I started doing that on the ones that hadn't shipped as well because if you don't it messes up your shipping metrics as they have a glitch and you can't cancel it because of the open chargeback. So just ship it and then when it gets delivered you will get the seller protection notice again. If you don't want to ship the item you could just ship the invoice and state item chargebacked and it will still work as the tracking is in there. Not like its going to the registered account holder anyways. I personally just ship it and let them cover the chargeback until they get a fix that lets you cancel it. No reason a payment that comes overnight and gets a chargeback by morning can't have an easier fix. Seeing they can't figure out a way to fix the glitch on the unshipped ones I don't have any sympathy anymore and they can cover them. That's what the fees are for and they are the sole payment provider these days so there system should be better at catching these. Pretty easy as the name is usually different than the registered ebay account and they all have the 0 feedback last 6 months. Typically they are cheaper items too so that seems to be the trend as most are $50 and under that I see come over. Getting a few daily lately.

  4. I foresee increase in fees in 2024 by the way eBay is covering for these unrecognized charges.

  5. That's unfortunate, but FleetFarm emailed a tracking number when the item was shipped. You can also sign up for FedEx email notifications, and they'll send an email every time a package is shipped and delivered, for all packages coming to your name and address. I received an email from fleet farm and FedEx when the package was shipped, and an email from FedEx (with delivery pictures) when the package was delivered. https://www.fedex.com/en-us/delivery-manager.html

  6. 154? You arent tax free? IME, Walmart is really good with these type of things. I tried to return 15 funko pops after the return window (i try not returning, so dont hate on that) and walmart said to just keep them. Target on the other hand is ridiculous. IIRC anything over $100 is a PITA to even get a return approved. Kohls is also crazy good. They just say keep it and we will refund.

  7. I thought the fights with him and Ahsoka were fine, just something about that last fight that was just pathetic. IDK, maybe they don't worry about the choreography much anymore, but these fights were nothing like Ep3 Anakin/Obi-Wan, which might be the best ever.

  8. Latest rumor is that the natural history museum (full written description of the set is out) and a GWP will be available to order 12/1/23. Not sure if it will just be a preorder or if it will ship, or if even true. Perhaps Lego is trying to boost Q4 sales.

  14. I've got a tale of woe concerning Fleet Farm. First, let me say that my major beef is with FedEx Ground. But Fleet Farm is flavoring the issue. Recently, FedEx Ground has taken to delivering packages in my yard, about 150 feet (and out of sight) of my front door and 5 feet from a busy road. In the past, I've always had Fleet Farm deliver to my store so it hasn't been an issue. But, for some stupid reason, I had my recent LEGO order with them delivered to my home. Problem 1: When Fleet Farm ships, they do not publish the tracking number. You have to make a call to their CS to get tracking. So I had no idea how and when my package would be delivered. Once I checked, I found that the package had been delivered two days earlier and left in my yard (by virtue of their delivery photo.) Of course, it was gone when I looked for it. I file a claim with FedEx and they admit an issue. But, Fleet Farm, being the shipper, had to file the claim. If Fleet Farm would file the claim then they could replace/ refund and FedEx would reimburse them. Problem 2: Fleet Farm CS flunkie stated "Oh, we don't do that. It isn't our problem since FedEx delivered the package but just not to your liking." I explained to the woman that FedEx has admitted fault and would reimburse but, with them being the shipper, they had to be the one to initiate the paperwork. She refused to do so. Lesson learned: If you order from Fleet Farm, know that they will leave you out to dry on any shipping issues.

  15. I've now gotten 4 more of these since this post. Normally, I wouldn't care due to the seller protection, but for my last two, I have been required to respond while my funds are on hold. I am super small time, so I can only imagine how many of these disputes bigger sellers are getting. Is ebay hoping I don't respond in time (I've been given 5 days each time) so they don't have to pay out of their pocket anymore?
