  1. A way too early retirement list direct from Lego: https://www.lego.com/en-us/categories/last-chance-to-buy I'd suspect these are sets they have too many of, or aren't moving at a good enough pace. Unload these on the FOMO buyers before the better retirements drop in November.

  2. I am stoked for the new Venator. I built a UCS Moc during covid and it was a great build. That is still my favorite SW ship, definitely one of the best things to come out of the prequels. I can't figure out how to upload the image or I would send a pic.

  7. I had this turned on by default years ago. I never had any problems with orders that were shipped overseas, but turned it off due to supplier limitations.

  8. When I set up my FBA (long time ago) I did also check the box for international. (Can't remember the exact name of the program - Maybe FBA export) Most orders were from south america, EU or the middle east. Got a few sales here and there on expensive legos, but never got one returned or got any complaints. Feedback percentage was way higher than US customers. Haven't seen any order come through in the last year or so.

  9. I get LEGO making it the size they did for the $650 price tag, but I would have preferred it to have been at the same scale as the UCS Star Destroyer so the difference in size would be evident when on display together. (I.E. Venator-class @ 28" in length vs the UCS Star Destroyer's 43" length). Accordingly, I would have preferred $400 for a 28" model than the $650 for the 43" model.

  10. or this was always normal behavior (in some stores) but now w/ the internet and social media; it's all exposed and over discussed.

  11. U didn’t see anything but with your own eyes in the 80s. No digital camera smartphone internet. Oh, it was great.

  12. Probably now. But during the rookie card craze in the mid 80's, I never saw cards (even the harder to find brands) behind the counter, or opened packs on the shelves. I guess normalizing crappy behavior becomes normal behavior. (broken window theory in action)
