  1. If you built the original no real need for this one. There was only 2 places with new build techniques that were neat. They did change how you build the turrets but if you have built the Saturn V, which came out a year after the original castle, they used the exact same build which is fine but the same exact color elements although not visible they don’t blend in with this build. Those pieces are available in this color scheme so that seemed lazy to me. It was surprisingly missing a 1X4 Sand Blue brick that I had to build around until the replacement came, there was an extra gold dish piece that is used in the set but not in that bag, never had that happen before. I like the sand blue castle build but overall prefer the original visually.

  2. Just Sharing a few builds I've done recently. My pops was Rather impressed with the flowers. Viking ship built in anticipation of the upcoming set. The Big Fig Was fun, was kind of a quick build though. Id like to see LEGO Do an ant man version. The Justifier has a couple build areas I didn't care for but I do like the ship overall. It Has a lot of big pieces also . I felt like they gave me a good amount of plastic for my Money(bought on discount). 3in1 castle was a nice build. It put me in the nostalgia zone while thinking of early castle love and the major improvements in LEGO builds over the years. Now bring on the cooler weather sales uptick!

  3. Vault is done, it only lasted 2 days in the EU and UK but 5 days here. Still waiting on my 9/1 order to ship.

  4. I agree. It's niche and not all that nostalgic. Maybe that's why they underpriced it. Side note, this was a confusing drop lol. First, it was Sept 1st, then it became Oct 1st, and over the weekend the preorder option popped up on Sept 2nd. Still pulled the trigger, I guess FOMO, but I don't see this thing going on back order. https://www.lego.com/en-us/product/viking-village-21343

  5. Thanks Team -- yes, it was auto removed once requested since it was FBA. Surprisingly easy, especially given that this is Amazon!

  6. If you're talking about feedback, just request removal of the comment. Amazon has become very good about removing negative feedback for FBA sales lately.

  7. I'm finding I have to keep sets for longer and longer. Ten years ago I would find a reasonable number could be sold for 2-3x retail after a couple of years. Now it seems to be taking 3-4 years for a lot of my sets. I'm not complaining though as it's way better than bank interest.

  8. I think you can get rid of the rating/review due to it being sold via FBA. I've had a similar review that was auto crossed out due to FBA as soon as I submitted the case/appeal.

  9. This won’t be the textbook response but I had that happen 3 months ago. They even tried to claim against me but I disputed their story as it had a bunch of holes (first it was never received, then it was received but missing pieces, then empty entirely). They left a 1 star and my pubic response was to accuse them of being a fraudster trying to get a minifigure for free and I mentioned how Amazon denied their claim. My sales dropped a bit after but didn’t mind taking the hit to ruin a thief’s day

  11. Sold a tie fighter helmet a couple of weeks ago FBA. Noticed today that the buyer left me a 1/5 star review claiming that it was opened. They didn't try to return it, at least not yet. This set was minty fresh and definitely not previously opened and taped closed. This kills my 100% rating and more importantly has put my account at over 2% defect rate FBA. Anything that I can do about this?
