I've been opening all the sets up in my warehouse since early this morning and scanning everything 😀

Looks like the fruitcake is getting baked on the 16th. I thought they did a really good job with releasing the Bricktober's as a reward. this thread was renamed to VIP Insiders it should have been renamed to Insiders Rewards or rename it back to VIP Rewards there is no more VIP any more i guess we could rename it NO VIP Rewards lol I’m busy excuse me back to scanning books for $.15 each

apparently each QR code is unique to that specific copy of the manual, with a serial # as part of it, so there are no two alike, so once a qr code is redeemed it won't be good for anyone else of course I am a collector and collect most of my lego new in sealed boxes to display and only open a few. so much for me getting those points at least the purchase vip points will keep going and hopefully at the same level what will they call it double insider points events lol

According to Jay's Brick Blog, it should be 20 points per scan. QR codes started showing up in 2017 or 2018.

I bought a set that had a stock photo and was advertised as being complete and in perfect condition. The set was missing multiple pieces and the white bricks were sun damaged. eBay's solution was for me to post it back but, I managed to come to a resolution with the seller.

Sold one of my rarest and most valuable sets a week ago 2k+ after tax. It ended up that a very famous person purchased it. A world-wide celebrity/sports hero. Everyone knows this person, even people who do not watch sports. Such a cool thing to happen, that I've even hung a copy of the UPS label on my basement wall. He even gave me positive feedback for the sale! I'd love to post the label for you guys to see, but I feel like I need to protect his info. And yes, it did ship to a mansion!
