I'm surprised he even mentioned this because this seems too edgy by his standards. When I did a vid about the Las Vegas architecture set he edited out me briefly mentioning the mass shooting that happened a few years ago because he said that one of the victims might watch the video. Lol. He also edited out a line when I said the reason why bitcoin went from $3 to $7 was because WordPress started accepting BTC which meant that people in China could mine BTC on their laptop and send payment to WordPress so they can chronicle the human atrocities that are going on in that country. Btw, don't forget to pick up his book on Amazon. Lol! It's only $50.
Is it some sort of revelation that a significant event would affect the prices of a collectable?
I'd like to think he's telling everyone to buy ahead then be a part of making the set valuable. Go deep on the Statue of Liberty then explode it. Profits will rise faster than your prison sentence.
He must keep his cue cards all over the room....
Was recently in NYC and ran out of deodorant, went to CVS, it was locked up and took 15 minutes to get access. I couldn't help it, I had to ask if deodorant was one of their most stolen items, and if it was, isn't that a good thing? 😄
UPS through your own account is always best for insurance. 3rd party is always another level of issue from you not being the original shipper.
If you ship a lot the UPS reps are now allowed to do the commercial rate for you. I got it switched over and it matches the ebay rate directly and then you get the UPS preferred customer line to deal with the claims if any arise. If you try to use a discounted third party UPS rate through the preferred line they just reject it as they can tell it is not yours by the shipper number.
I only had one order. It showed 1xVIP at checkout. Shipped Tuesday night at midnight, but didn't get the invoice and the points until last night (almost 24hrs later). Did credit as 2xVIP without having to call CS.
they primarily go to the ones that used to be classified as outlet stores which are most the ones in the Mills malls, Sugarloaf, Concord, Sawgrass etc. SAH would send the online returns to those stores back in the day and still do just not labeled as outlet stores anymore.
Can alway see old random retired stuff returned in store at regular LEGO stores from time to time too.
I know this is amazon lego thread, but my question is for walmart. Common factor is lego.
