Yeap it criminal and in most cases a major nightmare to win. We send in pallets, they lose a few and not only do they want invoices, they want the signed copy from the LTL driver that he picked up the pallets, Which could be filled with trash and the driver would never know. they do ANYTHING to try and get out of paying.1 point
