    I’ve had no luck getting reimbursements with multiple calls and cases. One example I call in and show the rep the Amazon fba policy is that they should charge the customer for returning opened items. Phone agent agrees but says I can’t do anything and I need to escalate and open a case. Case opens and like 30min later closes with generic response saying I’m not eligible and no real answer. as other poster said. Good luck

    About 5-6 years ago, I ordered the R2-D2 set 8009 from a guy on eBay. It shipped in a Captain Crunch box. Was that you?

    I have used a bunch of these for about 5 years. I've never had an issue. Just be careful to lift the LEGO box off the shelf and don't slide it. https://www.ebay.com/itm/385079605428

    Best returns are empty lego boxes and even for that no reimbursment.
