  5. A bunch of the Sale sets came back in stock at Lego. Some sets were going fast like Tokyo. I was rushing to place an order and think I went over my limit so cancellation probably incoming. https://www.lego.com/en-us/categories/sales-and-deals?sort.key=PRICE&sort.direction=DESC&filters.i0.key=categories.id&filters.i0.values.i0=12ba8640-7fb5-4281-991d-ac55c65d8001

  7. I received a 10297 Boutique Hotel from Amazon yesterday that I had ordered in late November when it was $200. Delivery was supposed to be Jan 6, then became Jan 10, then flipped to Feb 10 in early Jan. Got a notification it shipped and would be delivered early last week, and arrived yesterday. Crushed box, taped up seams, no outer shipping box, just labels plastered all over. As this was for a personal build, I chatted with CS, opened up the box to find everything complete (and found a piece of box flap inside that further indicated this was a damaged return they shipped me). Settled for an additional 15% off.

  9. If I bought something as "new" from Amazon and got beat up boxes with LPN stickers, I would return them in a heartbeat on grounds of them being damaged or something along those lines. It shouldn't be a big deal unless you are a serial returner. I buy a lot from Amazon and return a lot, and have never had a problem.

  11. The tracking on the USPS site is often wrong or incomplete. If you are ever in doubt you can get a clerk to lookup the tracking number on their computer. They have a completely different tracking system that shows a lot more detail. I had a package being returned to me one time and the tracking on the website was showing the package was in a city on the other side of the country. The clerk told me the tracking on the website is junk half the time. My package was in a completely different city and was coming back to me.

  12. Luckily at my local USPS they have a self serve kiosk that will let you scan a label prior to dropping it in the box. The kiosk will then print a receipt showing the tracking/date etc.
