I was on the fence about this one until I saw the display at the LEGO store. It is tiny and not very impressive. The micro detailed interior is cute, but this should have been a $150 (or less) buy-in GWP. They got way too greedy on this one!

Thanks, yes @Captain_Obviousgave me some tips. I smooshed the case I picked up last night and the only ones that are close are the Conservationist and the Newspaper boy. Going forward it will be easy to just grab Orcs and Black Falcons because of the bag feel/sound, spaceman you will have to hunt for although all 3 of mine were in a row, left side middle.

In case u didnt know, falconers and orcs are the only ones which has a bag in bag which is really easy to find. They make a different sound and feel.

I used the hell out of that thing. Copy and paste set numbers in, choose new or used, and press go! It was awesome. Anything like it available?

I had some similar. I forgot what all I ordered anymore and what actually went through. But I know I got a couple like:

$250 buy-in is very high. It doesn't look that exciting. Why would casual fans race to get it? It might become a thing if the next houses are somehow super exciting. But I'm not gambling a big order on that chance. Maybe if I get lucky with phantom stock but so far, I've been too slow/not checking frequently enough.

I got in 2 orders of 20 (with a friends help). I'm sure others did as well. Likely there were a few hundred available, and it was sudden. To me that volume indicates a warehouse transfer / new pallet find or the like, not returns.

I got 20 and posted right immediately . . . I haven't received any returns yet, but have received a lot of 3rd party items.

Yeah I've lost like a $1 or 5% on some sets too. Probably like a dozen sold items total. It happens, not everything is a winner. Thankfully I only had like 3 of those sets. Just part of learning on what to send to them vs not to send to them. And I've lost big on some large sets too. Two Apocalypse's were returned but thankfully were able to be resold. That stung a little but that's just part of life too. Can't win them all.

The anime series of my childhood came alive on screen !! Looks like this adaptation is very faithful to the original series. Crazy what love and passion could bring to screen. Good job the Philippines !!! A little background on Voltus V: An alien race (people with horns) invaded Earth. Voltus V was last line of defense for Earth. The mech was a combination of 5 aircrafts piloted by 5 young pilots (3 of them are brothers). Unlike other mech series of the era, the mech did not always win the fight with the big monsters. A lot of times they had to retreat to figure out better ways to fight. But the best part of the series (IMHO) was the intrigues and politics of the alien race, all of the (unexpected) love & betrayals. As you can see on the trailer, they spent a lot of time showing off the aliens' planet. Trailer with sub. The CGI is pretty good

Ok, this will be basic to some, but if it helps one person, it's well worth sharing. 1) Download your Inventory Adjustment Report 2) Filter Reason by "M", and filter column k by "1" What you are now looking at is the FBA inventory that amazon lost. Go to help, type in lost inventory, the below will appear enter the fnsku and amazon will auto-generate a case to look into. No need to write any stories, invoices, proof, or anything. Up to 18 months of lost items will be reimbursed. IME lower value items are instantly reimbursed! Literally free money for those of us that are too lazy or confused about the process of recovering $$ for amazons mistakes. There are harder things to recover but this one is super easy, barely an inconvenience!

yes 100% fbm. i am not lowest price but i am the quickest delivery which for me means UPS ground. about half an hour after i posted i sold one for $270. i always list them 1x at a time. once you list them 2-3 or more there is no urgency to buy from you since its not "the last one". lol.

One of the inherent advantages that many of us here have is that our knowledge of the secondary market doesn't start in 2019/2020 like so many of the new "investors" out there. I chuckled at a lot of the "common wisdom" that I saw so many expert-in-their-own-minds spout on Facebook groups and elsewhere over the last year. Like how the Walmart Black Friday brick boxes were quite possibly one of the dumbest things to buy because (a) there were no minifigures, (b) there is nothing "collectible" about them, (c) there were so many available on Black Friday, etc., etc....or that Duplo is a complete waste of time because it's just made for kids. I suspect that there are quite a few people who stocked up on Grand Hotel, but probably not as many as stocked up on Batwing, the Star Wars 3-set combo pack at Walmart, classic Batmobile, or any of the other of the handful of sets that all of the newbies were chasing this year. I went heavy on both the Grand Hotel and Shopping Mall as well as long list of sets that I never saw mentioned a single time by any of the newly-minted experts.
