On a recent order with Walgreens they mixed up the Friends recycling truck with the City cement truck I ordered. After a quick call to their CS, they were able to ship me out the full quantity I originally ordered. No hassle, even allowed me to keep the ones I hadnt ordered.2 points

Entertainment Earth just cancelled 90% of my order that I placed a couple weeks ago as part of their big sale 11/28. I generally put up with the slow shipping times but that is pretty poor service.1 point

As far as I'm aware, there isn't a good way to sell damaged box sets anymore. You used to be able to do it by listing them as "used," but they killed that a year or so ago.1 point

They are meant to look like actual banners that you can hang on the wall. You can see the hanging piece in the back. If anything I think they are maybe only a couple studs deep and are pretty flat.
