I think I'll build one, get some Friends sticker sheets and convert it over to a Friends apartment set for my daughter.3 points

I built one, and yeah, the unnumbered bags were a pain. Mine wasn't missing anything though. Guess I got lucky. so we checked an 805 and it was all good, all pieces accounted for. Was 10 sealed bags. Then opened a 935 and had 3 extra bags. Assume the 900 ones are 2 extra bags. They weren't different bags and were just duplicates of the original bags. Removing the 3 bags and putting all contents back in it weighed the 820 so assume the 805 and 820 are good. Guess I'll check one of the 780. The bags weigh from like 25 to 90 grams so that could be one. Problem is the 2 reported missing parts are in different bags altogether. Most the problems reported have been in the 34TX2 which are actually the newer ones in store. The 36TX2 I've had the longest and had the 3 that were 2-3 bags over. Obviously by that there is a lot of packaging errors on these I guess.3 points

At this rate, next week Walmart will be running a promo. Free QE with every $10 purchase. What a stinker but I guess it becomes a buy at some price point.2 points

I don't see it on the Max Profit post but I just saw that HP Polyjuice mistake is 40% off @ Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/LEGO-Harry-Potter-Hogwarts-Transformations/dp/B08YPBK3TG/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=lego+polyjuice&qid=1670950904&s=toys-and-games&sprefix=Lego+Poly%2Ctoys-and-games%2C100&sr=1-12 points

Review: Just Terrible The only good thing about this set is that you can use the pieces to build something else. I bought 1 with 10% Honey, Ugh!1 point

I thought I'd test the Target waters again as it's been 12 days after my ban. "On the twelveth day of Christmas, my Target gave to me..." Anyways, cleared my cookies (from my ban two years ago, was able to order again after a year without insta-cancelled after deleting all target.com cookies, but not before), logged in, tried a test order. Oddly, whereas it would let me order and then insta-cancel, this time it rejects the credit card. Tried entering the red card info, and it said something to the effect of problem processing the credit card. Tried another card (that I most likely have associated with the banned account), and same message. Tried paypal. It's been in "Preparing to Ship" status for 10+ minutes now. Usually the insta-cancel is just that -- within seconds. Curious if any other banned accounts (I know the account was banned this time because support chat flatly told me I had violated their terms and conditions and was free to shop in store) are experiencing similar. Yeah, you're screwed, it's probably time to pack it up and call it a day on Amazon. Just kidding. This is not anything worry about if you have no more inventory. Just delete the listing and move on.1 point

No, It means those items are scheduled to be removed from the Amazon catalog (dog pages) and if someone doesn't upload the proper documents to save that item, then it is gonzo. I have lost 1000s of products over the past few years due to this. Amazon is getting smaller by the day.1 point

I get those mails often - normally they vanish after some time, but you can try to upload the Compliance documents which you can get from lego (at least for Compliance needed im the EU)1 point

Someone on bricklink forum posted this article. It's really just random brain stuffing info, but I found it interesting. https://thetoyzone.com/the-countries-that-pay-the-most-and-least-for-lego?utm_source=join1440&utm_medium=email&utm_placement=newsletter1 point

Apologies for cluttering the deals thread but beautiful truck. Ford really knocked it out of the park with the Bronco and I find myself stopping to gaze every time I see one.1 point

First one looks like amateur hour. Ebay one a little better but not much. They would have been better off wide releasing the bricklink Lego store modular.1 point

Bronco while at MSRP/Minor sales has never come close to Lambos sales rank. I just dont see it. I give it a month before bronco is pegged at 58 for the foreseeable future.1 point

I usually never pay the yearly but it was 50% off, use it to send stuff from store to family members, non-perishable grocery delivery, Paramount + and thanks to @exciter1SAMS club gas so that’s $0.10-15/Gallon or $0.10 at Exxon. You are too old to be getting so irritated that you need to cool off but I had the same experience with Chipotle this weekend, I’m done this time?1 point

Thanks for the data points. Indeed, today, about 10 days later, my orders are no longer insta - cancelled. No emails or anything. Just waited and tried again.1 point

In store markdown manager said there are a bunch of toys that will be going on clearance this week. They started these markdowns in store. Most were 20-25%. Not too crazy. Nice here: https://www.walmart.com/ip/LEGO-Speed-Champions-Ford-GT-Heritage-Edition-and-Bronco-R-76905-Building-Toy-660-Pieces/967166677?athbdg=L1100 Rakuten is 10% too!1 point

Modulars have been getting progressively smaller since Parisian Restaurant. We need a stand alone building, instead of the mashup of three to four things on each floor with rooms for a person and nothing else. Yay LEGO!1 point

Christmas Tree sets are jacked up pretty bad. Lot of returns coming in for missing pieces and seem to be random / different. Guess not numbered bags either. Never opened one yet. Did weigh mine and range from 780-935 grams. Probably 75% of them are 805, then about 10% 780 , 10% 820 and 5% 900+ grams0 points
