  3. Sold a 75210 Moloch's landspeeder. Didn't think anyone would ever actually buy one of those. Even made a little profit since it was a $7 Walmart clearance pick up.

  4. As a long-suffering Tigers fan for over 55 years, I have to agree. I recall (and I have an old man's memory) is that Scherzer was almost always in Verlander's shadow. He was considered really good but not Verlander good. Ah, those were the days......

  10. the numbers I saw from LEGO were down about 20% from last year over BF weekend. Not horrible seeing last year was ridiculously high, last 2 years actually. Probably be a normal year pre covid with a moderate increase from 2019.

  11. I'm not yet convinced that what we've seen from Amazon over the last year or so is going to be as big of a concern going forward. I can't recall so many retired sets hanging around Amazon for so long prior to COVID and somewhat think that the phenomenon may have more to do with the screwed up supply chain issues of 2020/2021 than a new business as usual for them. From a cost perspective, I can't imagine Amazon is keen on warehousing so much inventory for so long.

  14. Checking the Exosuit on Amzn just to see current price: $78-$79 range FBA. I thought I sold mine last year, but they were actually sold 2 years ago for ~$50 FBA

  16. I can’t believe that it’s been almost five years already since that post. Crazy how time flies. My new “Steam Roller” is the Cara Dune AT-ST, but I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one in that boat. I think I have around 35. I’m fairly confident there are others with many more than that. 17. It took four months to pull this out and then 3 weeks to build. My wife is quite impressed with it visually, especially compared to modulars which are relatively plain. I find that it's a very pretty set with lots of details. The spire was a unique build and a good use of the Chevron pieces. It screams to be paired with the other sets (or modulars). However, I don't want to open my new Docks and Nijago City and have yet to find a cheapish used version. Yay LEGO!

  20. I have faced the same on the US side. Sellers selling $30-$40 above my price are still on there, whereas my listing is deactivated. The bots went crazy this morning. Woke up to 100+ listings deactivated. On some products I'm the only seller (non lego) and amazon wants me to sell below my cost. Even a $1 above cost the listing gets deactivated. Having amazon UK get buy box doesn't help either (non lego). Been banking on amazon us to go OOS and BAM amazon UK takes over. Sorry had to vent.

  22. First time I've ever ordered an expensive Technic set from Amazon that it wasn't double boxed and on its own. Just received a huge box with a Lambo thrown in with pickup trucks and a light cruiser. The weight of the Lambo destroyed the other boxes 😠

  23. Target put me back in the penalty box last night. I bought about $5000 in July before the price hike. Then went quiet for a few months. Then spent about $400 from September through November. Buy three small Minecraft sets and blammo! We will see how long it lasts this time.

  24. irony is, it was triggered by a 2nd order for the 4 in 1 friends set. 10k imperial cruisers? okay dokey! 1 extra $20 set? banhammer No word on a + refund. Hopefully my rakuten will not get affected by this
