  4. For spooky, you need to log out and clear cache if you want a 2nd (or 3rd, 4th...)

  6. It's been blinking in and out all day. Mostly gives you an error at checkout but once in a while it'll pop through if you're quick.

  7. I'd be very careful, all I'm saying. I had $78 pending and it eventually just fell off and was never confirmed from purchasing the AT-AT on release with a VIP reward. Also had another smaller one I didn't bother to chase for the same reason. This was the eventual result and response:

  8. I wouldn't redeem VIP rewards (physical or otherwise) with Rakuten or any CB widget. Seems they treat it as a coupon and will deny the cash back. Had to fight Rakuten on that for months for the money back on AT-AT.

  10. Not appearing in my email order confirmation... currently bouncing back and forth between 14-21 in line for customer service at LEGO Shop at Home. I never understand how their chat works. I started at 17 in line, went all the way up to 21, down to 19, back to 21 and now 14. EDIT: LEGO Shop at Home CS is sending the add on pack for free under a separate order because they are unable to add it to the existing. Took about 15 min in online chat waiting in queue/speaking with rep. Very pleasant experience.

  11. Just ordered a 75252 ISD, redeeming several hundred in VIP rewards, 15% Cashback with Rakuten, 2x VIP. It's retiring and I had points to burn. Strangely fitting since the last time I redeemed this many VIP points was to get the 75192 UCS MF. Now to find the storage space...

  14. While some members seemed to have got banned for breaking limits of the 3/1 Star Wars set from Walmart…. …..For me they nicely packed all my orders of 2 in one box and shipped them all together [emoji23] never had that before. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  15. I think the idea is that you put the Brickheadz set in that box and then apply an Amazon sticker to the outside of the outer box so that when it gets received at the FC, they don't open the outer box and instead treat it as the item being sold. That way if they stick it in a padded envelope, the Brickheadz set has extra protection. I've done that from time to time, but it turns into a colossal PIA when you're shipping in several hundred units of a small set.

  17. In other words, Amazon only care about how big your business is, NOT how long you have been selling on their platform. The only way to add points is to sell more. This is consistent with the other performance metrics on that page, TBH.

  18. So I found this useful article on the amazon forums regarding the new health metric All new sellers start with a score of 200. Because they have no sales and no violations. 200 is the baseline Points are … deducted from your AHR score each time we find a new policy violation, and; added back when you successfully address that violation. Point values for each violation are based on severity level and typically range from 2 to 8, though critical violations automatically bring your AHR score to zero. (I guess we’ll only know what violation is what value when sellers post them) Also, if you violate the same policy multiple times, in some cases negative point values double per repeat violation. To ensure your AHR is evaluated in context of the size of your business, you also gain 4 points for every 200 successful orders you fulfilled over the last 180 days. Bottom line: we all start at 200 and work our way up! 532 could = No violations; 16,600+ successful orders within the 180 days 311 (odd for no issues) could = (seemingly a violation for 1 point); 5600+ successful orders within the 180 days 244 could = No violations; 2200+ successful orders within the 180 days

  19. Have them submit a Did Not Receive claim and then you provide the shipping/delivery details. If you purchased shipping through Amazon, they should cover the claim and reimburse you. I always mention to the buyer the shipping should be guaranteed through Amazon.

  20. Got into car accident on Sunday, airbag deployed and everything. The other driver decided to cross the road without noticing me coming in from his left. We walked out of the cars fine, seatbelts FTW. Weird how I did not feel the body aches until 2-3 days later. The biggest headache (ha!) is going to be finding a new car or even a used car to replace my CRV
