  1. Everyone knows the best part of foosball is all of the extra players / figures sitting outside of the table. YAY !!!!! Dang it I am becoming JANG, but for that price I can buy actual foosball table. OR spend $50 for a mini tabletop foosball game https://www.amazon.com/WIN-MAX-Foosball-20-Inch-Football-Soccer/dp/B0882KNMPQ

  2. Wow. I have never been less tempted to buy a Lego set.

  3. https://www.lego.com/en-us/product/table-football-21337 Holy cow. $250??? Edit: I think they went overboard on inclusivity on this one. Should have done ten bog standard figs. By including the full team of 11 on each side with tons of variations the price just got super out of hand, also the superfluous bench build to 'store' all those extra figures. I thought the Black Panther mega-bust was the biggest misstep so far this year but I think they've outdone themselves here.

  10. Neat how they incorporated Excalibur into the side of the castle. I also just so happen to have an Excalibur in my display, but stand alone. Thank you, this has given me other ideas to consider once I get 10305 built.

  11. Just want to say that my boy and I finally finished the UCS Millennium Falcon that was originally started during the Covid home bunkering May of 2020 (I may have mentioned that build in other posts over the "years"). It was a very specific goal for my recent birthday. No single thing killed me and my son's love for building LEGO as that project...getting it used was the 1st mistake. we would come across a missing piece which led to frustration and ultimately us avoiding building for months. Neither one of us has been able to build anything else (despite the ever growing backlog for me and my boy) due to the guilt of leaving that one unfinished....especially since it has taken up rent in our living room to the disdain of my wife.

  12. Nothing too crazy like 100 of the same set. Exceeded limits by 4-5 fold. For the time being, I’m not going to exceed limits by more than 2 fold (4 sets). In the past, I only ordered Lego from Walmart. In the future, I’m going to try to purchase some non-Lego items as well. I am not using a Walmart+ account.

  13. I would love to, but I am green and never learned how to read the numbers to decipher that. If you give me a clue as to what to look for I definitely can report back. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  16. While some members seemed to have got banned for breaking limits of the 3/1 Star Wars set from Walmart…. …..For me they nicely packed all my orders of 2 in one box and shipped them all together [emoji23] never had that before. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  20. You had me at “Thickness Charge”
    1 point
  21. Used to rock something like that about 2002ish. First class was like 55 cents plus the 11 cents "thickness" charge. That red ink was a pita. Remember if you sorted them by discount you could get a further discount which was a big F that. Would just weigh the like ones out first and then run them all through. Had to like prefund your account over the phone with a credit card or some ****. s Was quicker than using stamps though and couldn't wait in line for hours. They had some hidden like tracking on them which was absolutely worthless cause no way I was keeping track of 300+ a day. Eventually when tracking started kind of becoming mandatory the smaller post office offered to process all my mail. They had one employee that used the back station machine and would basically do my mail throughout the day. Would give them a signed checkbook each month and they kept it in the safe and ran it each day. Would have to store the receipts by day and if something came up missing go through that days delivery confirmation receipts to find the one and check tracking. Man that blew donkey balls looking back on it. Postmaster who would usually shop at my warehouse would stop by and say they were doing more sales the the big post few miles away just from my postage volume and was surprised they never worked anything out. Now I feel older than the thumb. They surely weren't making money at $1-2 so not surprised it keeps going up. Sucks but part of business. Just eliminate what you can't sell anymore and move on.

  22. Don’t mind the dust it has been sitting there for over 2 years, but I built the Ray GWP set. It definitely will fit in good with PoBB but it is more like they took last’s months Pirate VIP polybag and some spare parts we all have lying around put them in a great box with really good instructions and made a set out of them. I give this one a B Factor of 4.

  24. Can’t emphasize how much I dislike Zaavi. Damaged/water logged sets. Last order for 2x Technic Formula 1, 42141 got a Minions set instead. Shipped that back but no refund. Credit card dispute failed as well. Go for the daily deals if you dare, but I would factor in a 20% loss/PITA factor on every order.
