  1. Wanted to wait to post until I had it in hand, but ordered this off of the Exchange(AAFES) website last Friday for $339. Been having regret I didn't get one before retirement and then this pops up. Crazy.

  3. Hmm... $15... Target... reminds me of something that happened on 30 Sept a year ago tomorrow. Let's hope for a repeat glitch! Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk

  4. Keep an eye on your local Costco. Mine has started to clearance about half of their aisle of LEGO sets. Vespa was 50% off and multiple City, Friends, and Ninjago sets were ~40% off. As always YMMV.

  6. This looks quite nice, however I have no experience with their quality. https://www.wickedbrick.com/en-us/products/display-case-for-lego-lion-knights-castle-10305 My plan is to display in one of my antique curio's. Currently have CITF (910001) and 21325 with a small farm/market moc. Still haven't landed on if The Lion's Castle will be centered or to one side. The storyline has almost written itself. I have CITF arranged as a black falcon fortress, complete with a king and an army standing ready for battle. There is a conflict brewing in the forest, but the Lion's Queen has the power to bring peace with an agreed upon marriage uniting the two factions! Only thing left to do is actually build the castle...

  7. On reddit some people have had success reaching out to customer service and getting them to price match to the cancelled order price by mentioning that they had their order cancelled because of stocking issues.

  8. Dropped to about £150 which was my cue to pull the trigger. First Marvel set I've ever bought, but it's a modular so I had to have it.

  14. I got my 14x 60291 for $15 each during summer 2021 Walmart clearance cycle. I was visiting family though when I found them and still haven't had a chance to bring them all home. Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk

  15. Great advice. This year has genuinely been the unluckiest year of my life. I would highly suggest that everyone keep their points right now because when I redeem mine for credit in the following weeks, I'll bet everything they find another Batpod lying around to post in the VIP Rewards the day after I cash my points out. That's my final VIP Reward prediction for the year.

  18. I think you should write a book, @LegoSteve. There's a gift in your describing what some might find otherwise uneventful. I will buy a copy, but I want it signed.

  19. Where most retailers need to slash prices this time of year to pump up sales...LEGO has to just announce something is in stock (at RRP). gotta admit it...brilliant.
