  1. Also, in our experience, if all the pieces are present and unbroken, USPS does not consider a crushed/damaged Lego box as a damaged item even if insured. Even if it is looked upon by many as a high value collectable. Partial negotiated refund or return have been options we have used.

  3. USPS would ask to inspect the package as part of process to claim insurance. There is 3rd party insurer on eBay but I do not know how they do insurance claiming

  4. There's no way I'm doing that. I go by what is in Ebay and that's it. Maybe offer that he can reimburse you for shipping if he's so intent on paying for it.

  8. I’ve no issue selling to dropshipper, in fact have done few times. Just that this particular one is asking to create and post on his own the shipping label, and then send the label to me. The set will still be paid through PayPal. Now, there is a scenario where PayPal address won’t match shipping label, and I run the risk of claiming item not received.
