Finally, got delivery of my boat 2 days away from the 1 year anniversary of my order. I guess shipping delays are a real thing as the seal codes are from November 2021. Also, they must have reset the limits on FFL as both orders arrived as well.
I think it means they want to monitor spending caps at more retailers than just their brick and mortar locations. I think they believe you will give over your buying habits at Target for 1 vip point per $1 spent.
