If you explain to them and also give them a quantified number, they're usually really good about replacing them. I had to replace 10 windows and 25 slopes once from the Medieval Market set and that was pretty old. They'll flag it in the system online so you have to call them and explain.1 point

Cosmic cardboard adventures is advertised again. Added $200 to cart, didn't add. Used my daughter's account who hasn't gotten it before and there it adds. Hope Lego is not starting to limit GWPs to one per account. Was planning on loading up on forrestman set.1 point

Interesting, I hadn’t gotten one previously but it still shows for me. Try signing out of your account just to see, but it isn’t VIP dependent.
