I think the 3 months was PayPal now 6 months, not Ebay, did you pay with PayPal if so open a case with them. I always thought the 30 day period for returns on eBay was from date item was received not shipped, but that is for when the seller offers 30 day returns and you received the item, not for eBay money back guarantee. What does the tracking actually show on your end in the USPS system not the screenshot seller provided. My 3 Vitacost orders which included exclusive offers earned an additional 3%, 4% and most recently 1%. Bizarre because it definitely said 10% for Vitacost at the time of the most recent order. Can't complain though because the exclusive offers were really good.

I've experienced this more recently with packages sent to me, not just eBay items either, no movement on the tracking then all of a sudden it's in my mailbox.

This happens all the time.

Vitacost Medieval Castle shipped by Kroger did earn 3% Honey not 10% on top of the $25 offer so 28% off.

I also had to open a missing package claim as a seller for a shipment that did not have any tracking movement for over ten days. Also had a previous shipment not get any scan until right at the time of delivery. Has this been a trend with USPS to not scan movement for standard shipping?

Yes, I've ordered some things shipped to me and that night some dude shows up on my doorstep with the items in a Walmart bag. I also feel expected to give a tip and it's really annoying that I am unable to select an option that says, "DO NOT DOORDASH!!" I've also wanted them to deliver items to the school where I work and end up walking i up to the front door the next morning and finding a Walmart bag of LEGO laying there for me. Not cool. The LEGO is cool, leaving it unattended in a public place for the night is not.

We send complete sets with each figure in a clear plastic baggie with all accessories and inserts included. We also have an identification system, so we do sets with sealed figures as well.
