On Monday, at Walmart, looking for last minute Valentine's flowers and chocolate, I was actually present while they put mark down stickers out. Haven't timed it that well in a long time. 71360 Super Mario Starter Set, 50% off, $25. Haven't been really interested in this theme but get them when on clearance. 60295 Stuntshow Arena, 50% off, $50. Been waiting to pull the trigger on this set since first announced. Got one for the kids, one to moc, and a few to hold.

This is slightly be off topic but QFLL is probably a main reason as to why certain letters from a certain law company have been on the rise

I agree. The QLL has been tricky. I'm sure we all did good with Barracuda and Haunted House on the initial release. However, I held too long on Ghostbusters and missed a semi-flip. I then sold early at a loss in Oct 21', only to see the price almost double at Christmas 21' time. I think this comes down to the "Product Type" aka "LEGO Sets for Adults". I don't think I've ever seen these adult sets on sale (maybe on Zavi or Honey cash back)? I think the play is to grab them early, the re-sell price will be less than retail at some points, there will never be a retail "sale price" in the first year, so hold it until it gets hot. Hot seems to happen within the initial year's release on these adult sets earlier on, and later in the Christmas season (good luck trying to get stock right before Christmas). Finished this up last night, first from the lot I grabbed last week. Great set. Will do the Black Pearl today, just got the parts in the wash.

Store Opening Brickheadz There have been a grand total of five special "store opening" Brickheadz. Three of these were released at LEGO Store openings in China, the other two at store openings in Europe. For the most part, these are all the same, but the Hangzhou one is a slightly different design. The only real difference on the others is the color of the pants (blue vs red). You can find a parts list on Rebrickable. I've not seen anyone reproduce the "I <heart>" city sticker for the front, and for my own building, I don't really care. Instructions have been difficult to come by; I've never actually seen the instructions for any of these. Best I've found is some pictures of the construction of the Cologne set, by Stonewars (see below). There is a video on Youtube for building the Cologne set as well. I also haven't started to Bricklink these yet, and haven't even decided if I'm going to do them all, or just have one that represents them all. The "I <heart> Cologne" came as a sticker, and not a printed piece, and was limited to 1,000 sets all together.
