  1. Don't know what the situation is over there in the USA, but here in Europe, after 6 days the Vintage Taxi promo is still available at LEGO Shop at Home with purchases. I received my Vintage Taxi with my order and personally I think the Vintage Taxi is a pretty small promo with too high a threshold. Compare the box and piece count with the Sailboat Adventures promo and see what I mean. Small box vs big box. 163 pieces of Lego vs 330 pieces of Lego. 1 included minifig vs 2 included minifigs and 2 included dolphins! Sold my Vintage Taxi for 30 Euro. Right before the run to the bottom with supply increasing and demand diminishing.

  7. I can look over the CGI, which has been fascinating seeing the development since MIchael Douglas in Ant-Man or Jeff Bridges in Tron Legacy. It doesn't distract me any longer, it's just awesome. Yes, that's the first appearance of Cad Bane in live action, and he was missing his toothpick.

  8. Also at SAH (Backorder). SAH got a restock. Several sets available for the first time in a while. Taxi still available. Let's see for how much longer after this restock.

  9. Honestly, I forgot while watching that is was CGI and not Mark Hamill. I thought the CGI was excellent and didn't notice anything wrong with it. Sent from my SM-G996U using Tapatalk

  12. They have a playlist of "An Architect's Review..." examining a few other modular buildings. Hope they continue to do these with both new and old modulars missing from their collection. They're short videos. Personally I would prefer slightly longer videos with even more architecture detail.

  13. I haven't, but sometimes you just gotta let toys be toys and kids be kids and let it go.

  14. Agreed, $200 is really high and for something this size I don't think it really tips the scales. I went to my local store earlier this week, planned out a purchase, but then left empty handed. I don't really need any big sets at the moment and couldn't justify combining several smaller sets that I do want at RRP just for that small car, as much as I do like the car. At $85 I would have ordered something day 1 for sure and probably a couple more orders to get extras as well. Hopefully LEGO gets the hint moving forward, but probably not, they are doing just fine without impulse buys right now...

  15. That's a pretty accurate depiction of my emotions watching it last night. I did a little clap seeing R2. Smiled and said "yeah!" when I saw Luke. Yelled "Whoa!" when I saw Ahsoka. Then yelled out "it's the Blue F'ing Cowboy" when Cad Bane showed up.

  16. I really need to go dig out some Cad Bane minifigs from my aging SW lots - his time has come.

  17. These last several posts are scarier than any horror movie in existence. Safe-T claims are only for FBM orders. Every aspect of FBA is at the mercy of Amazon's "world-class customer service network". (These emails are always worth a chuckle or 2)

  20. You may not be able to attach pictures yet, based on being a new user. I'll grab a couple of photos and post them for you.

  21. First, I would like to hank you so much for your help (i am new in this forum!). I still cannot upload pictures. I cannot see an "attach pictures" feature. Could you let me now what to do?? You can't be more right regarding your comment for Lego's ability to build a set. I have designed more MOCs (not for ideas) and I always tend to add many details, especially in the interior. However, the official Lego sets are less "equipped" but always include 3-4 smaller creations and few smart building techniques that always attract the fans. I tried to follow this strategy for the specific set! I am really glad you noticed it

  22. Never mind, I've created the topic for you. Please share pics here, too. I like the set a lot, and I'm supporting it. I dare say it's an Ideas set that looks like a LEGO set that LEGO would produce. A lot of Ideas sets are fantastic, but are overly complicated or beyond what I think of as a set that LEGO would produce themselves, if it wasn't part of Ideas.

  28. Man that sums it up for me too. I wanted to look past it, and for most CGI I can, but I just couldn't get my brain to cooperate.

  29. i had the weird feeling that something was not right (not normal).. my eyes were telling me it's mark hamill but my brain was saying no it's not. Kinda scary in a way,

  32. Yes, the cgi is getting there for sure. I look forward to long gone hollywood legends being able to make new movies.

  42. Episode was awesome. Directed by Bryce Dallas Howard, too. One pretty major complaint, and it’s the chief one I have about BoBF— the most interesting parts of the show have nothing to do with Fett. We got an excellent episode of the Mandalorian. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  43. Great episode and looking like the story is starting to turn for the better. Although, I couldn’t help wonder if I had some extra 75092’s in the back of my closet…answer was no.
