I agree with the inscriptions. Seems like it could have been an easy inclusion with lots of accuracy added. Speaking of minifigure. Every time I look at that hair piece on Thor, I instantly think of the Low Flow Shower Head episode 126 of Seinfeld.

They should have waited until Love & Thunder is released and included the Jane Foster Thor minifigure.

I couldn't be less interested. And even some of the usual Lego hype channels on YouTube were rather lukewarm. It's a nice looking display model but boring build. And if I wanted to display a globe, I could just buy a globe.

Pretty nice. Might pair well with the Gauntlet set for display. I think there's a missed opportunity to add some elements and/or stickers to suggest inscription runes or design patterns. I'm looking forward to a news story about a big brother taking this to the head of his little brother.

Seeing the Dark Trooper in official LEGO minifigure form here reminds me of Dark Forces and a bit of Jin-Roh.

i built the creator tiger and crocodile sets over the weekend. for reasons i can't put into words, these sets appeal to the lego purist in me. they were quick and interesting builds. the tiger has several sections that snap satisfyingly with a "click" when put together. i am thankful lego put the time and effort to make some actual printed wedge tiles for the tiger set forming the top of the stripe pattern that are critical to the set but could have been ruined with stickers.

I can recite the lyrics to the theme tune underwater in the dark with my eyes shut. I remember my mother sometimes teasing me at how much I was like Dale. ....She also thought Chip was a bit of an ass. Haha. Anywho, here's hoping we see Gadget Hackwrench as well. I would be all over her.

Hello everyone, my name is Orestis but I am generally using my lego-related nickname @legobricking. I am new in this forum (and generally in forums). Like most of you, I am a massive Lego fan for many years now (with a small break during my studying year ). During the last 2 years, I have started designing my own MOCs mainly through the Studio software and I am loving it!! I have several creations under my belt but it's getting more and more difficult to keep creating due to limited time (yup another proud father over here!!). After discovering the amazing world of Bricklink and Brickowl, I have also started building my own creations and trying to set the foundations of my own Lego City (what a surprise!! ) During last year, I gave a chance to the Lego Ideas world and submitted two projects that I am really proud of. The first one - The Hamam - did not achieve much concerning the number of supporters but gave me a very good idea on how that system works. My second (and probably last) project - the Viking House- seems to be more attractive to the Lego fans. I am really happy about that since I spent time and effort to search and make it more realistic but always keeping the lego play-ability! I am also a big fan of Castle and Viking lego themes and I think that it's time for Lego to release a new Viking set!! I hope I can somehow help on that... Thanks for reading my post!! I actually thought I would hate the dragster, but I appreciated the unique build technique. I don't really like the Lambo SUV so that's probably my least favorite with the Supra a close second. That depends on your comfort zone - I love doing my own, but I was once an accountant (in a pre-LEGO life). Most programs seem to do a pretty good job at walking you through things, and you can always go back & change/add things, if you need to.

Yes! Do it! I introduced Firefly to my 14yo daughter and she loves it. She likes how smart the writing/dialogue is. We're currently four episodes in. I'm bracing myself for the sadness she's going to feel once we finish the season and movie.

Just received 75290 Cantina this afternoon. Paid 208.40, so about 1/3 off RRP. Box is a bit damaged, and opened on one side, but the contents are all present, sealed, and undamaged. I'm pleased with this as I doubt it will be available for that price at general retail (this was from Stockmustgo - a liquidator of damaged sets).
