So I just got off phone with Walmart. They confirmed that Jai SAI has been removed due to quality concerns. But they said they had to reach out to seller one more time (on my behalf). And if they still don’t cooperate then I need to call Walmart back on Monday and they will refund. And they gave me a case number that includes both my orders. So that’s helpful. We’ll see I guess.

It's one of those parental decisions of whether to allow your child to use profanity or not. In our house, we decided not to filter our choice of words and allow them to use them in the house, but we taught them that there is a time and place for everything. They understand when it's ok and when it's not appropriate. Example: I call stupid drivers jacka$$es when I see them. I was driving my 4yo son home from preschool one day, and I growled when a driver cut me off. My son appropriately responded by saying, "That guy was a jacka$$!" I laughed out loud. We've never had any problems with them cussing in public.

USPS called me back about my fraud claim. And I did file a fraud claim on their website. USPS told me to call the FBI as it is a cyber crime. Also, Seller is offering a 30% discount. I said no. Then they offered 50% discount and I can keep the counterfeit lego sets (how nice of them). I said no, 100% refund. Then they offered a 80% refund. I said no, "this is not a negotiation. 100% refund". We will see what they say next.

I am glad others have noticed this, and that action has been taken! Some suspiciously good deals but a ton of bad reviews on them. Interestingly, one of the reviews listed a different seller name, so I wonder if they tried to evade detection/notoriety by changing their dba. Scumbags. Glad those of you who were affected seem to be getting the situations properly rectified!

Pickings were slim at my store, but I was able to get four 76388 Hogsmeade Village Visit sets at $54 each, before tax, which is 33% off. Not the greatest discount but not too bad either on a popular set that hasn’t been discounted yet. I did two separate transactions of two sets each using my account and my wife’s account to maximize the Santa Bucks. Another set I was considering was the Probe Droid. After the stack they would have also been 33% off, which is cheaper than the current $48 sale price at Target. TLG just needs to sell this set to sell well in China, everything else is a bonus. Probably most kids there already know about the monkey King and journey to the west so less selling of the story. When I was a kid I watched one of the stories that I recorded on VHS until it went kaput.

LEGO needs some "no" people. The themes that fail are usually pretty obvious. If we see it, they should see it.
