The answer is always "More Lego". I just helped my son build a road for a school diarama. I could envision this concept behind the cars. And it would give it a retro Spy Hunter feel. Sent from my moto g power (2021) using Tapatalk7 points

Clearly the buyer is more accustom to A+++++ and better from other sellers. You sir only got 4+, need to really up your game (for comparison I typically get A +infinity)2 points

When items go missing like this I have at times just uploaded a blank "image" just to get the initial trouble ticket created. I the explain in more detail that I don't need receipts because the entire box has disappeared. It has worked before after the usual Amazon silliness.2 points

something has changed in last month or so making that mistake easier, gotten 4 negs with positive, sent revisions to all, 3 fixed, one never responded. Way to many for it to be happening without something changing that makes it easier to hit by accident.1 point

Request feedback revision from Ebay, its clearly a mistake and will be fixed1 point

supposedly; but it's not automatic; you have to call LEGO rep. I was able to do it once...but I think I lost track of a couple others and didn't bother.1 point

Alright, so I finally sold my 3 Pooh's for $200.. I had offers right off the rip at $450, but I got greedy. I've learned this with the loyalty market: As soon as they drop, redeem and place the order As soon as received, sell!!! Seen a dramatic drop in several reward prices over the years; Batpod, Pooh's, Coins, Adidas (physical shoes), and even freaking Luigi. Am I thinking too short-term?1 point

It's a running joke here that the LEGO tags for "Last Chance to buy" has a backside that says "...at Full Price (before going on discount)"1 point

OR - it could be a sign this is a winner. No one buying it = big returns (sometimes). Roll of the dice. I like this one personally. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk1 point

I would scan the receipts and highlight the specific items with notations of which line relates to which item and then send those in. That had always worked for me...at least after a few rounds of stupidity where "INSERT FAKE NAME" asks me to prove that I'm human, over the age of 18, have a driver's license, and whatever other ridiculousness they've programmed to try and get sellers to give up and go away. Sent from my LM-V600 using Tapatalk Also...the inventory will show up eventually one way or another. I recently got back a box of 8 units of a city set that I sent in 5-6 years ago. My road plates are also “potentially delayed” in Syracuse, NY in a FedEx facility. Bricks & Pieces never counts towards GWP, the only worthwhile promo for B&P is 2xVIP. Pick-a-Brick on the other hand does qualify for GWPs. I’ve had something similar with an order before where items were presumed to be lost (a lot of PF components at the end of last year when they retired). They also sent me a substitute order. Then several weeks later the original order suddenly appeared. I would expect the same in your case.1 point

Ideas used to be a fairly safe bet but the extensions and revivals from the dead are making things real tricky. Apollo, Barracuda bay and Treehouse would have been clear winners if not for these curve balls thrown to us by lego. At this point maybe its better to put that money and space into roller coasters.1 point

I have been ignoring those safety cert requests for the past 6-7 months or so. Still, if you gave them the cert and they approved, you should not have any problem. Did they deny your cert submissions?1 point

Gentlemen posting the "Sold Out" images ... you are in the wrong thread. This thread is only for items that are confirmed as "Retired" on the LEGO Shop at Home site. The janitor @Alpinemaps will make his rounds soon ....1 point

Man, I don't envy you. I had a bunch of boxes (roughly $40k in LEGO) disappear. I had tracking number, I had proof of delivery, heck, I even had the dock number of the warehouse they were delivered to, and still couldn't get them to acknowledge they had misplaced them. They all showed up about 3 months later. Most likely, they were sitting in a container on the lot and were 'lost' until someone found and emptied the container. Good luck. I lost a ton of sleep and experienced a ton of stress over it.0 points

The VIP Outlet saga continues for me... I may never learn my lesson. My past 3 orders either directly through their site or through them on eBay all have resulted in bad outcomes. The first was a "brand new" UCS MF that arrived opened box condition including the inner boxes so back it went. The second was 4 "brand new" sets ranging retail value of $100 - $250/set. 1 set had labels slapped on Lego box and shipped (destroyed during shipping). Set #2, #3 and #4 all packed nicely in a shipping box. However, all 3 of them had been previously opened/retaped with packing tape and had varying degrees of box damage. After comparing all contents to bag photos found around the web and extensive negotiation we landed on a whopping 7% refund ($34). So they proceeded to refund me $13. Still waiting on the response about the remaining $21 they agreed to. The third order for one set at $150 retail price and it was just "lost at the dock" and is being refunded. None of these were purchased at full retail which is the ONLY reason I keep ordering. However, it's starting to feel no longer worth it. I have 2 additional orders I am awaiting delivery/fulfillment from them on.0 points
